No way your not crazy , I literally moved to the bottom of my street 😂 because the evening walks with the littles were my favourite and it was cleaner streets , check the valuation of your home how much it will cost to renovate the bathroom and if it’s worth doing it before moving will you get your money back , it probably is worth doing it up .
As long as you make money and are really happy that is all that matters, go for it don’t rush just accepting anything though make sure your happy with the property
Is it possible to put even a waterproof stain proof sheet vinyl on top of the wet room floor depending on the size £70 best 4 floor since the shower will now be in the bath the floor won’t be getting wet anymore, double check if that’s an option.
When you first get a house you think ahh it’ll be easy but then once you start you realise how hard it is and the amount of money you end up spending is crazyyy! I just started renovating my house and wow didn’t realise we needed it all plastered and a new boiler too 😭 it’s hard work but it’s rewarding when it’s done. Your place looks beautiful but now it’s all done I’d say get it valued and see how much you can get for it and sell it. Even if you end up with a smaller house but you’re happy then I’d say go for it. It’s what makes you and your partner happy and that’s what is important ❤ I’ve also been watching worst house on the street on channel 4 and it gives you good tips on how to up the value of your property. Life is too short! Move if that’s what you want. Do what makes you happy. Even if you don’t make a profit, as long as you can afford the move, do it.
