i mean.. you should have just renamed this video to "how to setup remote desktop with google/windows remote desk/etc", when instead you are far more safe to simply use the server running from stable diffusion instead, limited to one port, one type of access only... way safer! also, stable diffusion uses gradio too

Did you not know that you can set a public link to your gradio?

For defense it close fairly fast if inactive. Also the gradio (edit :) (share link connection) did not pass any audit so it's risky to use. (I was able to use someone else computer with a older link 😅, it was slooooooow)

@@lefourbe5596 gradio should be safe to use if you update it to the newest version...but whatever works best for you! 😊

Let's remove those restrictions and use stable diffusion anywhere remotely from your Beefy PC. This tutorial will teach you how to remote into your main PC with your Expensive GPU that has stable diffusion installed with all your custom models and extensions. You can remote in using "any" device that uses an edge or chrome browser. Mobile phone, tablet, MacBook going to a PC or even a 90 dollar Chrome book can be used to do this.
Here is the site to get started remotedesktop.google.com/access
I also used a Custom model at the end that is great with photorealism civitai.com/models/84728
If you need help installing a custom model, embedding, or LoRA check out this video th-cam.com/video/pmdSxDSsbUs/w-d-xo.html
If your interested in SD Dynamic Prompts or other Stable Diffusion Extensions check out this video - th-cam.com/video/CWKVhWHVecg/w-d-xo.html

The best way is to set up openVPN on the router and then just connect to the VPN network boom you can just open the UI on your laptop and it all still works from the remote Host PC of SD. And it's more secure than Google Remote desktop, as unless you have the VPN key you can't connect.

Thanks for this, I have a meeting tomorrow, and now I can do a live SD demo with my ancient Laptop, I even used remote desktop to make this comment, it was a bit disorienting to hear audio from my headphones and my laptop, but hey at least I know its working.

The free option is limited to one connection for one user at a time and I don’t think they let you use ssl unless you pay 15$ a month. I would still choose chrome which runs on ssl and can log u in and out with one click. * Had to correct myself because I thought there wasnt a free option earlier.
