@@eddybassreacts Well, not anymore. He's 60 now but I just saw Pearl Jam two weeks ago and they still play an amazing 2 1/2 hour show that is spontaneous and individual. Mike McCready, the lead guitarist, played a 3 minute solo behind his head that was amazing. Eddie will still stop the show in the middle of a song to make sure everyone is ok in the mosh pit, then they pick the song up again perfectly as if they hadn't stopped. They are unique.
Interesting fact about that album, Stone Gossard, the rhythm guitarist, took hip hop baselines and transferred them to guitar, for not every song but for most of the songs.
Seattle in the early 1990s. I wish I could have been there. Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Mudhoney and so many great bands came out of that scene at that time.
“That guy” is named Eddie Vedder. He is widely considered one of the most energetic frontmen in the industry.
Wow.. Loved his energy too, really entertaining.
He was but I saw them at yield.and it wasn't even close anymore

Well okay he is not as young as he used to be. Time catches up with us all.
@@robbob5302 no I mean.
He used to radiate his values.
He used to be all about the core values he professes.
But now .
Not so much
@@thenarrator1984 Ah.
Much easier to be idealists, when we are young. Yes.
The world is much simpler then.
You got it! Great analysis. And the crowd expected him to jump because he used to do that sort of thing regularly.
Oh wow... So he does?
