How does forgiveness work when one was tortured so hard that they developed CPTSD, from that psychosis and have been crippled for life and never spoken out about the torture and have never received making up from the people who tortured them?

So, so sorry to hear that. There's obviously is no easy answer here. I would first try and find the appropriate professional help, safe and healing spaces, friends and people that can help you through what you've experienced little by little. All my love to you.

Was not all about me, some was hypothetical respectively knowing from other people what they went through.
      However I need support definitely.
      It is just not there.
The system in itself is so retraumatizing that I got sicker and sicker and less able to flee the more I sought the support that was available.
      It completely destroyed my life.
I haven't felt safe in many years.
