  • In this video, we sit down with Bjorn Bjorholm, one of the leading emerging bonsai artists, and ask him what inspired him to study bonsai. We also discuss his apprenticeship in Japan, his thoughts on the future of bonsai, as well as random fun questions we thought you might enjoy hearing answers to. Hosted by Jason Chan of Eastern Leaf. www.easternleaf.com
For more information on Bjorn Bjorholm as well as his garden Eisei-en, please visit his website at www.bjornbjorholm.com or www.eisei-en.com. Bjorn's TH-cam Channel: / bjorvalabonsai
Thank you to Ted Matson, the curator of the Huntington Library Bonsai Garden, for letting us film in the back workshop area of the Bonsai Garden.

Two of my favorite TH-cam bonsai educators, in the same video. Great work guys. Even though the question of what bonsai would you be and why might sound odd, the answer actually gave a good insight into the person. Clearly not a question one would ask on the first date but you never know.
