The interior is excellent, the exterior is a little rough. The decking needs a good sanding to my untrained eyes - I can count my hours at sea on one hand.

She'll look interesting after the refit. Probably worth a lot more money then too when She'll look all spiffy and shiny new. If you've ever worked on a yacht, you know what you're looking at and the potential it holds
Oh WOW the side profile of this boat is just perfect! From the high sweeping bow down to it's shoulder line to the stern. Just down right sexy like a beautiful woman. Hey its got a built-in playpen for all the adult babies you might get on board after they get lubed up with a few drinks 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

The dorado box vent if made correctly and I am sure they are ! They should not leak water does not matter where they face ! , the mizzen sail is a steading sail not for propulsion sail !

This boat is designed for inland lakes and canals. Single engine but very strong construction.
You said she was due for a refit. Personally, I would just want to tidy her up. Classic motor yacht, with sail assist. That should increase her range. I love her.
I could see it under sail with the addition of a large kite adding additional speed. She's even small enough to use hydrofoils. I would change the power train to a turbine electric hybrid so you could power it with everything between kerosene and cooking oil or overproof rum. I would also paint the entire exterior vanta black and limo tint the windows. The decking as is would look fantastic against the ultra black paint. The interior would look great in overstuffed 80s style white leather seating and cool white sharkskin wall treatments. Oh well, it's time to go back to work. I I'll finish this later!
