am unsure to do paladin or bard PVP, am guessing since am going to be a support role in pve il need a 2nd set of dps gear for pvp? or would i use the same support set?

i like striker as a player that played this game a lot, but for you as a newer player, you might like zerker that has more raw damage output. striker's damage is not high compared to a lot of other classes. for example, if i hit someone with all my skills with striker, i'll probably do around 30~40% versus zerker hitting 50~60% of their hp the trade off is that zerker is slightly slower and have longer animations than striker *currently, zerker is a better class in terms of what they offer compared to striker, but this changes with every pvp patch with different classes moving up and down with nerfs and buffs*
@@jekirado5107 if you're talking about the power boost, if you finished the story in vern, you can boost another character to level 50 to try the end game pve content
@@jordicl4325 yes you can, but getting to level 50 is around 12 hours, getting to level 26 for pvp is only ~3 hours so if you only care about pvp, leveling characters to level 26 is more efficient
hey nice video. im new to this game and i picked bard as main. been trying to improve (did my first 1v3 today yay) so i have a few questions for you if you dont mind: 1- whats the best build for prelude to death? i pick the fear at t3 but i ont know what to pick for t1 and t2 2- is is it worth it getting march to level 10 for the extra damage or extra energy at t3? 3- what is the correct use of summoning the harp? ive seen some bards using it but some dont. i started using it and i find it useless vs ranged. it buys me some time for my cooldowns to be back up vs melee, but some melee players just rush me anyways and completely ignore the harp. in that situation, i feel like its not doing much. 4- heavenly performance. ive seen some bards using it right after fear lands from prelude to death and then use soundholic, but ive seen u and some others just using it even without using soundholic. why is this? i feel like im missing something since i thought this skill was used before soundholic to boost its damage. 5- is wind of music worth it? 6- how to beat sharpshooters? they outrange me by a mile, plus im perma blind and perma poked. i find them hard to beat unless they mess up badly. if i get close, i get cced and comboed. any tips? 7- tips vs artillerist too pls. i saw you beating one but i find it difficult even tho they all do the same thing. stagger you with hits, then dash > stun, drop the missile i lost half my health. at this point they just run then shield and i cant engage on them. the repeat the combo after their cooldowns are over and i die in 2 combos >< 8- general tips vs ranged thanks in advance ;3
1. build at the end of the video, do whatever tripods you prefer 2.depends on your build and what you're losing, march isnt for the damage, its to gain distance and for stagger immunity 3. i dont use summoning harp 4.i just use it whenever, i use it off cooldown for the cast speed increase 5.wind of music, usable skill, preference, can take out prelude/heavenly/symphonia 6.cant beat good sharpshooters 7. against blasters, either have symphonia up for stun immune, or hold auto attack or march to avoid stagger and space bar dash when blaster goes for random stun(assuming you didnt get staggered by gatling gun) 8. theres no general tips, you have to know what the other class can do, and use right skill at right time because bard is a reactive class where you react to the opponent's engage and skills
but seriously though, for the sharpshooter matchup, prelude is useless, its -1 skill facing against them because they wont get close most of the time. have to try to land stun->damage and heal and just time them out or try other skills besides prelude
@@pum got it, thank you. my friend told me i could auto attack vs gatling gun but i thought that was only if you were a melee character >_> so if just keep auto attacking i wont get stagger and i can just wait till they stop using gatling gun? and yeah i use march defensively, to prevent people from getting to me. i just wasnt sure if i could use it as a secondary damage / poke skill too if i got the tripods for it, or for faster ultis and heals

Gear is equalized in pvp. You just need to have the correct build for it.

Based on the % of each one, 586 Swiftness - 240 Endurance - 173 Specialty - 1 Crit. It's the same proportion, hope it works I have to test it

Why does the bard actually suck at playing music? Every sound is like someone picking up a harp for the first time.

I’m level 26 in this video, they fixed the bug around 2 days ago. You can see my level bottom left of the screen
