Sad part is her mother was her first predator. Glad she got her voice and spoke up for herself and future aspiring actors.
The whole family was messed up and toxic. No one stepped in to help those kids.
A lot of ppl blame victims for getting into bad relationships and such in their adult years. But it’s literally because they normalized those experiences cuz they were abused and/or witnessed abuse as a child. They're victims never taught to know how they deserve to be treated.

She's gotten so much support from her child star cast members that became great friends. She's shown survival, strength, control, healing, dedication to building a better life for herself. So proud of her

Seeing this after the documentary is even more heartbreaking. She's incredibly strong and amazing.
Jerry seems like a cool guy. All these creeps end up around these child actors but he seems like he actually cares about the kids hes worked with and feels like a big brother/father figure to them.
I feel like the fact most of the cast (apart for Jennette and Noah for different reasons) came back for a reboot he’s producing proves that as well

After hearing Jerry did his best to protect the younger actors from Dan at the time iCarly ran, that made me very proud of Jerry, I’m so glad he was able to do his best ❤️ Jerry is such a nice guy
it really sucks how jeanette went through so much crap. hopefully she's able to start healing and keep doing whatever makes her 100% happy.
She kinda became Sam, the troubled kid, for a while, after iCarly finished 😢
Unfortunately a lot of cast members from other Dan shows seemed to of gone through the same but are scared to talk about it

Jerry Trainor always seems like he is just so proud of his babies and when their heart breaks, his does. This must have been so soul crushing to read knowing you were around most of this time and saw nothing and didn’t even realize.

I know that I’ll never understand her struggles and what she went through from her perspective, but it’s amazing to see where she is and how she fought tooth and nail to get there. Uh… yeah, we can. Trauma is part of living, from family deaths, accidents, assaults, a whole list of scenarios with no avoiding it whether you think so or not and we have two choices: either learn from it and become sometime more or curl in a ball and hope to die.
She is stronger because of it and I’m certain she thinks that.
Well I thank my trauma everyday.
It doesn’t make me weaker or less than because of it and it helped me be stronger and yes I had to be strong as well but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and without those things can you really say your strong? 💪 I’m stronger because of it not without it and wouldn’t change it and I also wouldn’t want to go back to it but now I can help others and tell my story.

Ur trauma makes u who u are today no matter what angle you look at it. Whether you thank that trauma or not is entirely up to you. But people thank that trauma to show pride in what they went through and demonstrate peace with the fact that they went through it and survived. No, no one should ever have to go thru it. But u can't say it didn't shape u. U are who u are today because of the life you lived up to that point. You can't sit there and feel bad for yourself either

There are hundreds of people on a set. So usually when abuse happens, in whichever form, it happens where others don't see it to avoid having evidence. So chances are he has been oblivious to things happening.

@@SS-tg8lf to me, it sounded like he knew what was happening with Drake before the internet did, which is why he didn’t want him (or anyone on Drake and Josh) at his wedding because he didn’t want his wedding to be a reunion of Drake and Josh. And he probably knew what was going on. The fact that Drake made it about himself is what broke the friendship up. You can be friends with anyone and still not know what they’re like. Josh does need less problematic people in his friends group.
