We need to stop misusing terms such as 'world class', 'cutting edge', and 'state of the art'.
These words have different meanings, none applicable in case of this infrastructure.

that we'll know once it's done. Have you seen Delhi RRTS recently? That is truly world class. As someone who grew up in Singapore, US and Canada and traveled in Japan, Taiwan, Europe, it is far better than US trains, and on par with taiwan and singapore or korea. I find absolutely no difference having travelled in all of them.
