Your pears are absolutely amazing, thank you for walking us through each step. I hope to see future pears or berries designed by textilly😊
You're too sweet, thank you Cyndi! ❤️
I just love all the pears. They are beautiful and the bowl sets them off just perfectly!
Thank you so much! The bowl was a gift from my husbands grandmother so I was glad to find a special use for it. 😊
I love all of your floss organization! Can’t wait for your next flosstube! ❤
Thank you so much! ❤️
Great finishes, the bowl with the pears is beautiful. And I love the little busy bees stitch, it‘s so pretty.
Thank you so much! I'm enjoying the bee stitch!
I can't get over your pears! So beautiful! 🤩🤩🤩 Very nice finishes. I know tricky the framing can be. You do a great job. 😊 I love the restart on Botanical Study No 1. Sometimes it's worth it. Never fun. And I can't wait for a live! ❤ Happy stitching.
Thank you so much! I am glad I took the time to restart, I think I'll be happier with the finish. Thanks for watching! 🪡😊
I am working on bluework pears as my "daily thread" project, and you have so inspired me! Your finishes are darling. I love your sweet idea of adding extra fabric pears to the bowl. What a darling display. I will admit the finishing on these has me nervous, but you have given me much confidence. I just adore watching you.
You can do it! I did mine assembly line style with each finishing step and I think that worked well. If you're on Instagram, be sure to tag me so I can see the bluework pears when they are finished. Thanks for watching! 🪡❤️
Absolutely beautiful stitching. Love the pear finish. Looking forward to a live.
Thank you so much! 😊❤️
What an introduction with the pears…beautiful! Love the backing fabric. Great idea with the “all fabric” pears. I just finished stitching Blackbird Designs Midnight Watch and used CC Black Coffee for the cat. Thanks for sharing your WIPs and finishes.
Thank you! 🍐😊 Love that Blackbird pattern! Black Coffee is one of my favorite black flosses to use, especially on more primitavie designs. Thanks for watching! 🪡
Your pears look fantastic! I love the idea of the extra fabric pears as well. Your fabric selection complimented them nicely. Your herringbone stitch was sharp and neat. At! ❤️Diana
Thank you so much! The herringbone stitch definitely took me the longest but it was worth it. Thanks for watching! 🪡😊
Awesome Flosstube. Your pears are beautiful. Very clever to create fabric pears from the leftover fabric. Nichol Spohr Flosstube just finished the same pears. She is stitching another set and plans to do a finishing tutorial. Nice fabric haul. TFS.
Thank you for letting me know! Her finishes are always beautiful. Thanks for watching, happy stitching! 🪡❤️
I always love your videos! Great job on your finishes! Love all that aida you got too!!❤
Thank you Sarah! 😊❤️
Great video! Beautiful stitching and finishing!
Thank you so much! 😊
Fantastic video! Thank you
I enjoyed everything you shared
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! ❤️😊
Love your videos. Your pears are beautiful!
Thank you so much! 😊❤️
Your pears are BEAUTIFUL!! I may have to order the kit! 🤦🏽♀️ Also, you enabled me to order the Nashville Classic colorworks floss to make the cute pattern thst comes with the floss, I am also going to use our initials! Thanks for the inspiration! 😊
I noticed the pear kits were out of stock for awhile after I purchased mine but I think they are available again! I loved the complimentary pattern that came with the Classic Colorworks, great way to try the new colors. Thanks for watching! 🪡❤️
Lara. I always enjoy watching your videos. I had a situation similar to yours stitching my Owl Forest Embroidery birthday pattern. I was using OFE threads and didn’t like the coverage of the white on the fabric I chose. I didn’t 😢😢want to change fabric or use 2😮 threads, so I stitched the cross-stitches but I went over the top leg of each stitch twice. It really made the white stand out better without using 2 strands. Happy stitching!
Wow, that's a great idea I would have never thought to try that! I'll have to remember that the next time I'm having an issue with coverage. I appreciate the tip and thanks for watching! 😀
Your pears are perfect!
Thank you! ❤️😊
Your pears are beautiful! ❤
Thank you! ❤️
Your pears are so well done, I am hoping to start that pattern soon, just looking for the right green in aida or lugana, although I may end up dyeing on my own. I want to thank you for highlighting the Bellana 20 ct lugana, such a great fabric, although hard to find....I am also stitching Botanical Study No.1, using mushroom Bellana and one strand over one.....looks great and coverage is good....I too would prefer not to stitch with 2 strands, so lugana and 18 ct and 20 ct aida are my first choices. I do use 16 count aida with 1 over 1 and usually the coverage is fine. BTW, thanks for sharing about the floche, a real game changer for me with the very light colors. I have also tried using Sulky 12 wt petites and some Cosmo threads for the light colors and have had good results. I so enjoy your videos and look forward to each new episode with all the great tips and information.
Thank you so much, I'm glad it was helpful! I know everyone has their own preferences about coverage and how many strands to use so I just wanted to share my experience. I also want to try using the Bellana fabric more and get a hand dyed piece the next time I place an order with Grace Notes. If you're on IG, tag me so I can see your botanical study finish on the Bellana and the green fabric you choose for your pears! ❤️😊
Oh, those pears are beautiful, you did a wonderful job on finishing them. You mentioned working on a Biscornu, Nichol Spohr is currently doing a SAL and will do a tutorial for the finishing. She is using Hands on Designs seasonal pillow patterns for the stitched pieces. I enjoy your videos.
Thank you for letting me know! She always has beautiful finishes so I will check it out. Thanks for watching! 🪡😊

How do you keep track of all your floss when you start a new kit
I always use floss drops now when I kit up. I usually keep them on large rings in each project bag. I'm still working on a storage solution for my extra overdyed flosses and silks. To keep track of my stash, I use an app on my phone called XStitchPlus. It allows you to track inventory like thread, fabric and charts. 😊
What color fabric did you use for the pears?
The pears were stitched on a 36 ct. green linen, the color is called Agave. 🙂
@@textilly thank you
Love your fabric pears as much as the stitched pears. Just beautiful. Love the coordinating fabrics you chose. I have done the Bristol pear and a different designers pear that was a shop release for Stitches Unlimited in Lancaster, PA. Your suggestions to finish are so helpful. Thank you for sharing. Hugs, Teresa
Thank you so much! I'm so glad it was helpful. The Bristol pear is beautiful! I definitely want to make more. Thanks for watching! 😊
