I think it’s important to point out that whiskey is not a substitute for diet and exercise. Yes, it may have some beneficial health effects, but if your overall health is poor then it’s not going to do much. Been to plenty of whiskey meetups and fair to say most of us, myself included, are not in the best of shape 😆
