Like them too but in Warzone I am having trouble hear the enemies footsteps? with my 510K AW I could hear clearly. I have been through the setting. Anyone has a recomendation? thanks .

Just picked these up for £95 ($119) including tax. Used a 20% discount code and my Dell rewards. Hopefully it's worth it! Been seeing very mixed reviews online and even in this video's comment section, so I'm just a little worried haha

Alienware headset stay on point! Excellent sound! Love the awcc for the sound center. No need for awcc due to dolby atmos sound though sadly.
Aw988 is def good. Noise cancellation is not needed for those. I’m hyped for my 920h to come in.
did u ever get your headphones, if so how do they compare to the aw988?
Just got my AW920H’s noticed a couple of things. 1st make sure you download the software drivers for the headphone. 2nd these are VERY loud like normally I have my music at like 35-50 on windows, with these I have to keep it >10 on windows. 3rd the sound quality w hasn’t as good as a $200 pair of like 3 year old Sony’s. 4th the noise canceling isn’t all that good, I found that it would only really take ou low pinch fans and some white noise. Overall there pretty alright, there my first noise canceling headset and they sound pretty good in games so yeah

No joke, these 920’s are great!! I’ve had these for a week and I have no complaints! The sound is great, the build quality is great. I did have some troubles getting AWCC to connect for RGB changing etc. Drivers were all up to date. I had to uninstall AWCC and once I reinstalled, the 920’s showed up right away. Battery life is decent with 2.4Ghz, at least 12hrs. Bluetooth will give better battery life. Haven’t used Bluetooth to gather overall thought. Overall, these are much better than the previous AW510H. I recommend!
what is this headset compatible with?
@@dshen92129 anything really. You can use 3.5mm headphone cable or the Bluetooth dongle. Unfortunately you can’t just pair with your phone. Hope that helps.
I have em both: sound quality of the 510 is much better 7.1 wired. Also the microphone is 10 times better than the 920’s. I love the portability and the look of the 920’s more. But the quality isn’t better…
@@SubiSkank Actually, you can pair it with a phone. I paired mine with iPhone via Bluetooth. And based on my experience, the USB c dongle even works on an iPad!

Guys.. i had them.. i switched from logitech g935 .. replaced the battery on logitech .. and for the price logitech is superior.. Dell headset are not bad but for the price its not that good.

It doesnt work on xbox. And when connecting with the cable i can only hear the left side.
I noticed mine says it's charging in alienware command center, with a yellow lightning bolt indicator but, it says 0% and it's been like that for about 3 hours now. Any idea what's up?

Apparently my price range was to get AirPods Max to convert into a burdensome but hifi gaming headset, and then decide to become an Alienware fanboy and buy these too. I might need to sell the AirPods Max if these are good. The AirPods Max has such killer dope sound. Comfy, but simultaneously heavy AF. Weird. Also I have no business spending so much, let alone to have two pairs of high-end headphones. I have problems.

Im having a hard time getting these to show up in command center for light customization...even updated the drivers. Also seems pointless to have a dongle when its alienware to alienware...
Yea the Alienware software is really outdated and kinda buggy, did you make sure to download the “Alienware Gaming Peripheral driver” from the dell website?
There’s an specific Alienware audio driver that you have to install in order for ACC to see it so you can make adjustments. I had the same issue. Look under support and documents online.

@@SpinuzziProductions I would recommend them if you have an Alienware already because of the sync up. After I downloaded the drivers and updates everything works very well not to mention the battery life is amazing. Sound itself is great, I cant compare to the Senns because its been awile since Ive used some. Im still upset we have to use a Dongle on the Laptop for connection, it takes up a C drive spot :/

Got mines yesterday and I also the weird static/cracking noise on certain sounds. No fix on forums or anything.

Have you updated the headset and dongle firmware ? They are available on the dell website for this headset.

Can you take calls via bluetooth while still gaming via 2.4 like the Arctis Pro Wireless? Because that's a huge selling point for those. And also - no mention of the mic quality via typical game chat clients like Discord. A lot of time companies go cheap on the mic so I'd like to know how it performs.
I have the Arctis Pro wireless. I don't think these would be a replacement option. I'm not blown away by the sound quality of the Arctis Pro for the money I paid for them and I was considering the new AW920h's but from what I've seen I dont think they are any better sound wise.
No you can’t. But these days you can take calls via BT on your computer so you still can answer 2.4 dongle calls when your computer is connected via BT with your phone.
Hi all. Sorry to say, but the headset is a joke. The real price would be 50$. What a sad joke. Lots of gimmicks, bad build quality, virtually 0 comfort, mediocre sound quality and of course, 0 noise cancelling. Really sad.

If you need to talk to people online get the alienwares. If you don’t get the Sony’s. Most the time Sony’s have a better price to sound quality ratio
I had the XM4s a while ago and was not impressed. The noise cancelling was outstanding though. Great for plane rides, but not for gaming. Whiskey Echo Mick makes a great point. For gaming, this is your choice if you’re choosing between the two.
