      Alyssa and Tabitha did lose their r Mom 😢😢 really shows a different side to the dancing queen. Bless her. Xoxo
      Sharon needles and Dusty are relatable because of their upbringing and hell at school they went through then poor Dusty was freaking exorcised and forced to pray the gay away... My heart goes out to all those beautiful Queens with horrid pasts and family abuse. Its awful that parents don't accept so many people just for their choice of lifestyle and sexual preference. Alyssa Edwards is my favorite queen. She is sassy, fierce, can be mean but she literally has a heart of gold. Alyssa lost her mother who supported her through everything. And if you’ve seen Alyssa’s show on Netflix you get even more of how beautiful she is as a person, as a performer, as a teacher, as a family. It’s amazing. Alyssa Edwards is amazing.

    Whoever believes that Blair only told the story to "save" herself is completely ignorant. Firstly, Ross' comments about her look and how "sweet" she is every week made her speak up, and second, she didn't even know for sure she was going to be in the bottom two. For all she knew, she could've been the last one to be 'save'. So can we please cut Blair some slack and be thankful that she spoke up and brought more awareness to the issue of sexual assault/violence.

    • @Uwubestie
      @Uwubestie 5 ปีที่แล้ว +287

      People said the same thing about Roxxxy, saying how she only brought up the story to save herself but in reality it was only brought up after Ru insisted she speak up as to why she was crying. And she wasn't crying randomly, it was brought up backstage before the lipsync and I guess emotions got the best of her after the lip sync. Blaire probably had a similar senario with how it came to light with her story. Not everyone is a Robbie Turner folks.

      PREACH!!!

    • @israeldmo
      @israeldmo 5 ปีที่แล้ว +283

      Because it was more real than anything else on this list. It wasn't orchestrated by the producers, Pearl herself was upset and pissed off with Ru for something that happened offscreen and she didn't give many fucks anymore. A lot of these emotional stories, although as true as they are, they seem to be stirred up by the producers and Ru herself. It's almost like trauma porn instead of a genuine confession, it's uncomfortable to watch. I like when something actually real happens in a reality show.

    • @misterwinkybluff
      @misterwinkybluff 5 ปีที่แล้ว +88

      @@israeldmo That’s actually a good point. Most of these moments are orchestrated and the queens themselves probably know beforehand that they’ll have to talk about these things because the producers prod em with questions. The way the Werk Room conversations play out is very unnatural in how normal conversations go and how people open up. But they’re probably behind the camera like “Hey, ask Trinity about Pulse…” and hopefully someone will cry. Funny thing about Pearl is that you can totally tell they tried to pull a trauma moment out of her several times throughout the season-especially on the runway where they ask her to talk to her younger self. But she came out on her own terms. She recently posted a video about stuff that happened when she was younger.

Mom didn't tell me she was in kidney failure until two days before starting dialysis, and as it turned out, she didn't go on dialysis until she was told she would be dead in three weeks without it. For all anyone says keeping an illness a secret is good "to protect the children", you end up doing a lot more damage by hiding than by being open.
