I think Jade Jolie and Phi Phi O’Hara were just a big case of jealousy
Jade is a straight up fake bitch, that is it. At least PhiPhi didn't really try to hide that she was a bitch by hiding behind fake smiles. The real jealousy was Aja, for Valentina. And that was because she got clocked for being unpolished/looking bad, while Valentina did well constantly by balancing her polished looks with her natural beauty. Like, she was ranting about "they eat her up every single time" on ep 3 lol it was clear jealousy. But if you watch the entire thing, Valentina doesn't even fight back and the other queens are not mean to her bc of this bc they understand that she's just hurt because of the judges clocking a look she loved. Valentina and the others even help/give her advices. I think it was a very mature way to deal with the situation

I think Phi Phi is a very misunderstood person. In AS2 she was complaining against the judges’ favoritism, and the fact that Alyssa broke their agreement on how to eliminate each other, both of which are very pointed. Also, the show is heavily edited. They showed her as a villain on S4 whereas Sharon was not less of a bitch (especially against William) either.

There was no edit that caused her to skip hugging Alyssa at the end of that episode. The agreement you're talking about wasn't exactly binding, and even though the reasoning shown was poor it wasn't like Katya had been worse overall. Edit or not, you can't really complain when they give you that kind of ammunition
