I usually just look at a players strengths before they retire and then when they do I look for those in players

Bro, maybe this is a little late but when did the regency player appear? Is it a year, two years or even three years from the original players retiring?
And another one usually appears in the free agent or has entered the club?
After player retires
Im trying to buy players and I pay 40 million for Goretzka and Other club pays 35 million But It comes Bid rejected and It accepts other clubs lower bids even though i payed more than other clubs....Can somebody help????
