Just a tip, the regens will have the same birthdays as the originals
@westham.editz_ in the edit section you can view other players from other teams and see their birthday but you cant view free agents so you kinda just have to scout them and see if they have a high overall

The 86 guy might have been a pregen of Marquinhos which is like a regen but the player doesn’t retire and pregens start with high ovr most of the time

You have to check the birthdays in order to be sure it’s definitely the regen, go to edit player look for the the player you think the regen is and make sure the birth date is the same as the player who retired , month and day should be the same and that’s the regen they aren’t always free agents

Just saying it matters what league you start in and sign the regens like I’m in the premier league and my ronaldo retired at 80 rated and messi but when the regens come in they was both 89 rated at 19 it happends to me every regen so it must be something to do with what league you are in when you sign them
