T15 seems to be a great radio with a full size touch screen that is smaller than the Radiomaster T16s. Looks like a winner, nice to hear the build quality got better. Love the color options and the gimbals 👍. Great review Albert!!!
Super nice color screen makes this the best RC transmitter available today. Would be nice if that screen could also be used as an FPV monitor as well. You reviewed a transmitter like that before...
The white version looks great! I personally love my RM Boxer but do wish the antenna folded. Looks like a solid radio but I've never tried these gimbals before. Thanks for the review!! Hopefully this will force RM to make a V2 Boxer like you mentioned 😂
I bought one and sold my boxer max after getting it. Yes the gimbals are nice on the max but everything else was a wash. I just liked the screen that much more on the t15.

What do you think compared to the f16 fatfish? I really can’t decide!!! I think I want the fatfish cuz I hav lots of uav planes but I’m not sure … I hear the av port on the rx5808 doesn’t work, is this the case with you also? Thank you in advance.
It's the standard color touchscreen like on other EdgeTX radios. You can get all sorts of data on it including telemetry and there's a ton of LUA scripts for these color screens as well. Here's a link to just one example of hundreds... github.com/ExpressLRS/ElrsTelemWidget

I really hope they work on a version 3 or a new version of that gamepad style radio. I really think they are almost perfect. I am a fan of Jumper I admit but because I think they can become better and better and give Radiomaster some competition. I'm hoping they do.
The color screen draws about 10mA more power than the others so you'll see a slight reduction in power on time depending on what battery you use and the quality of the cells. I would estimate a loss of about 2 to 3 percent in power on time.

@@Zollt76 I’m in the same spot with my t20 - loved it while it lasted but the left gimbal is all wonky now. At first I had to recalibrate every few times I used it and now it’s super sluggish and I just don’t trust it anymore. The t15 is going to be my new daily.
Ergonomic wise for a hybrid pincher is ther any benifit for this or the t14 vs the t20 (dont realy care about the screen but still would by this before the t14)... size is more imortant... but still it has to be ergonomic... will not go down the pocket size since im not a thumber. (Had the zorro hated it. Did have the jumper t-lite it was ok but sold it since it was 4in1 and now only on elrs)
I'm a hybrid pincher myself, looking at maybe getting something lighter then my TX16s. I adore it, but I also hate using a lanyard. The TX16 is perfect for pinching because of the switch locations, they're like little supports for your fingers. I don't actually use most of them as switches, just supports. I had the Zorro as well, those gimbals felt tiny, so not a fan either. Same with the Mambo. I wonder how the jumper feels in comparison. I think Albert said they're like in between the full sized and mini sized Radio Master gimbals. I really wished that companies focused on making a radio more designed towards hybrid pinchers. Add optional mounting spots for grips, and give more clearance around the top of the gimbals. Maybe one day.
Nice, a radio I may be able to comfortably pinch on with a big easy to read color screen. I have the Jumper T20 as a backup/travel radio. I have no issues with its quality, works perfectly fine. It's not as comfortable for me to hold/pinch. Why the Tx16s is stll my daily radio. Before I go for a T15, I'd like to see what Radiomaster comes up with. Happy flying everyone. 😎

True. Rediomaster is overrated. T14 is much cheaper than the Boxer and it is just as good.

I liked the gimbals on my tlite. I recently got the pocket it's ok, I might they this one out too. I been wanting a color touch screen radio.

Where is the micro usb port?
USB-C port shown at 4:12 in the video. No one should ever be allowed to use micro USB anymore. Hopefully that port will be banned for all time!
