Like so many properties in Thailand but especially condos and houses on managed estates your at the management companies mercy as far as common fees go, and some are simply just far too high, which is why it so difficult to sell at a fair price. Who wants to buy a 500USD a month liability?
I seen a lot of Building cracks meaning the Integrity is weak. I would be worried when the place was going to go crashing down to the ground floor will it be while I am sleeping or when I am sitting down to a steak Dinner.
Beautiful looking condo, stair case to the 2nd floor could be a problem for some and getting furniture and other things up there. Love the pool shots, not sure grandma would like your bikini 555

Die Wohnung ist top - bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Preis ist auch ok, aber die monatlichen Kosten viel zu teuer. Dafür kann man sich schon ein Haus mieten - auch in Hua Hin. lg Ralf
