Yeah, CoS seems to have been pushing humans a lot. Hopefully they'll remember the other building blocks of the cities. As for what I'd like to see, first of all Chaos Dwarves/Duardin. Would buy a box in a heartbeat. But on top of that a battle tome with all the Duardin units because I remember a piece of lore where after a battle a drunk fyreslayer partying with other Duardin he let loose that they're collecting ur gold to bring back Grimnir. Before his kin could beat him senseless the KO and dispossessed nodded along and said that it was a noble pursuit and would aid them, so the three groups were working together. Would be a nice way to do it.
They would have to pretty much be exactly like Fantasy Chaos Dwarves for me. And not just Dwarves that are Chaos followers. Then I'd be right there with you.
Thanks to some books, especially those relating to grombrindal, I’d really love to see a better option to field a unified duardin force from all 3 armies beyond the one fyreslayer warlord trait
Because Grombrindal novel is fully finished right now I would like to see your opinion on his character, his purpose, potential return of Valaya(The Ancestors' Hall) and reunification of duardins. Keep up the good work!👍
The new short story is 100% my army. The ghost throng seeking Valaya. To see GW actually make it an army would be my dream. Twist theory. Grom wont find her. She is now leading the chaos dwarfs. She is the schism that left the other 2 chained to the maountain.
@@oathstoned3414 This is possible but I think that Grungni would know if Valaya lead chaos duardins and so this would know Grombrindal. Plus we already know that Hashut is still in the game. I think that Valaya is connected to duardin underworlds and will play the role of god of life and death for them. I believe that Grungni tells Gazzul to hide her and this is the reason why Grungni is holding keys from underworlds after Gazzul meet Nagash. And also this is the reason why Grungni doesn't know where Valaya is exactly. If Valaya still alive she is probably in deep sleep or very weak after End Times events and now when Nagash is also weak she can safely return to the realms but she need Grom to open up her underworld.
I just finished listening to Grombrindal: Tales of the Wanderer and the White Dwarf deserves a video because he is essentially a duardin avatar built by Grugni to unite the Fyreslayers, Kharadron and Dispossessed. It also has several chapters about Grugni himself talking to Sigmar, Nagash and Tyreon. Overall some extremely cool lore and probably the rawest line about the fyreslayers ever put to paper.
Big time. Every short story could make its own video easy. Theres also a new series in white dwarf. "Burdens of the Ancestor" i think. Ive not yet read them.
I miss my diaposessed army from early 2e. Neat that they brought back the heavy metal ingot and piledriver gauntlets, but the removal of the ancestral pickaxe is going STRAIGHT INTO THE BOOK!

@@talscorner3696 That's a good observation. But to be as racist as possible, I think that only applies to other humans. Dwarves are supposed to be stubborn and honorable. Them fleeing like that just seems like it goes against what it means to be a dwarf. Doesn't feel right.
It comes into play in the novel as well. The dispossessed laying claim to the mountain are from azyr. So the FS have little respect for their ancestral claim. While the Azyr dwarfs are very much grumbling dwarfs, they are also influenced by Azyr life. The princes in particular are bit bougie for my liking.

So the Dwarves alive in cities of sigmar are the descendants of those who fled like cowards? I don't like that. Makes them feel weak.

I think u can tactically retreat when everything’s dying around you, more than half ur clans dead, and the 4 Chaos gods are on ur ass
