Eh. We've had better ones in the past. TBH this literally looks like an upgraded gfx version of Zeus. I'm not seeing any particular gameplay improvements either.
@@christopheroverbeck3662 what would you recommend for a better Greek city-builder then? I've been looking for some type of Greek city building game since Zeus.
A game that looks really good, and with mechanics that are not too complicated. It reminds me of old titles like Zeus the Olympian Gods. A curious series that I will follow very happily.
Wow the vibes on this are so nice. It really feels Mediterranean and makes me truly realize how northern europe anno 1800 was. I want to go on holiday to that beach and feel the summer sun next to those cypres and (im assuming) silverberries.
If you like beautiful ancient greece mediterranean sunny landscapes you can play Assassin Creed Odyssey (not a city builder though) that game makes you want to go there on vacation lol (and it's a good recreation of ancient greece according to an archeologist who worked there).
Looks like old Imperivum Romanvum game, similar concept even with tiered buildings. Which is not necessary bad thing, since Imperivum was so enjoyable city builder
One tip: Vine farm has white visible area in front of the farm, where you can put the vine fields. I am watching all you videos for relaxing, thank you 😊
One of my dream games is a period authentic city builder where you get the opportunity to modify an existing city after a natural disaster. That's how most major projects back in the day would start. Then of course you finish building up the nice area and everything else kind of seems like it sucks. You could probably get away with "accidentally" burning down another several blocks. People would probably never connect the dots. Until they do.
Yeah, haha was actually thinking of grand ages: Rome but kinda looks even more grid-like, for a Greek city builder the rough terrain should've been a crucial part of the gameplay mechanics, instead, not only looks extremely outdated, but also relies on flat land to work.
Shout out to Nivarius for the game intel! What a sweet looking game! I'm hoping the devs paid upfront as i've just wishlisted & am about to play the prologue because of this video! 😁
@@Nivarias Haha, was just kidding! You do an amazing job at explaining the in's & out's of these types of games tho! Thank you for the awesome content!
Hi, Niv!) Thanks for your videos (yea, yea, another game that I must buy xD) Would you like to do videos on Grand Ages: Rome? It's old game (but have same mechanics and grafic), with nice campaign, with perks for your created party from history home (Julius, Cornelius and another), story line and many interesting missions? I think you like it)
If only it had the gods in it and walking about like in master of olympus. Still not found a builder better than that yet. But ill definitely give this a try. It literally seems like a modern version of it but without the gods 😔.
Nothing like a nice beverage, a tasty snack and that smooth Austrian voice
Something about someone with an accent playing city builders makes me actually able to sit down and not skip through it all.
it's like playing Anno but in Ancient Greece
It’s like the most generic simpleton comment…
ouch, you need a snickers bar...@@Hermanos22
It's like being a moron, for no reason. @@Hermanos22
I mean too similar
Tropico
I've been waiting for an Ancient Greece city-builder for so long, I hope that series will stay for some time

@@BTapichu Think they are saying they'd rather play Zeus, lol
@@mickidoesmedia lol got it
it reminds me of the Cesar III, I still have it installed and play it now and then. Great game...
Love your videos. You are commentating as if you were telling a story. Very calming. It's very nice to watch your videos after a long day
Bro you've been prolific recently! Thanks so much for all the content!

ah yes, the Keramics... ^^
i've been waiting for ancient greece city building game with anno type of gameplay !!
I instantly remembered the music, the music title at 07:50 is from Anno 1602 ❤
Wold be cool if there will be mod to make buildings, temples colourful as it was in ancient Greece 😊
Wow the vibes on this are so nice. It really feels Mediterranean and makes me truly realize how northern europe anno 1800 was. I want to go on holiday to that beach and feel the summer sun next to those cypres and (im assuming) silverberries.
enbesa, the passage and the new world are so european

This channel is so good!!!!
Basically, it's a Greek Anno nock-off.
Ayyyy! Gogogogo!
Ancient greek cities were built around goat paths ( they still are lol) . Yours looks very modern!!! Anyways, nice, relaxing game:D
Huge potential. I love it so far. 💞✌😊👍
I misread the title, thought it was "Builders of Grease". LMBO.
at first glance it looks almost exactly like anno 1800
Closer to 1404 Modded, imo;
With Unofficial patch version 1.10
5 days late for me but i will deffenetly be watching along this is an amazing game
Looks like old Imperivum Romanvum game, similar concept even with tiered buildings. Which is not necessary bad thing, since Imperivum was so enjoyable city builder

it's like a remake of Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile
Hoho, you're high-culture man, as I see!))
its pronounced “Sir Ram Icks” for Ceramics ;) nice video.
Very interesting like always 😊
Reminds me of CivCity Rome
Was going to say this too!

You should check out Pax Augusta when it comes out - upcoming Ancient Roman city builder.
NEW SERIES ALERT :D
Why is the theme song Greensleeves lol.
how to rotate buildings? Couldn`t find the option
Is there actually any challenge to this game, or is it just aesthetic refinement?
Looks like a 2008 game with an overhaul mod xD I thought by now grid-like city builders were a thing of the past.
It has similar mechanics to anno 1404
top
Christmas music..? 8:01
Just LOVE the commentary!
How you see resources in map?
Was thinking to buy this but I checked steam reviews and there are many negative ones.
So primitive and easy after anno )
There’s a need for games for us primitives too.
game looks good, just wish they could get over the grid system
Why is the background music a Christmas carol?
It's pronounced Leshe even if its written Leche , love your videos but I miss your Transport Fever 2 ones, it ended so suddenly
Isn't this a game made by the same Studio of Builders of Egypt? I tought that game would release earlyer than Builders of Greece.
Yes its the same company I think
First!
Looks like Thrive
👍

i like them new games but more should add a multiplayer
Whenever I watch this kind of game review, I press and hold the mouse wheel unconciously to adjust the camera. LOL
99% close to Anno1800. 1% goes as 0.5% for greece and 0.5% different name
Do military Early before something bad happens
🎉❤🎉❤
Anno 300 BCE
Game from 2000's
Another Chinese playway City builder? How many they have? What happened to the Egypt, Rome, Chinese already release or still early access?
Anno 1800 BC
SERIOUSLY?? Only 90 degrees roads???????? All this years waiting for nothing...
Get more food
Play more Anno 1800 plx
is there religion
yet another banished reskin
the bird noise in the background is really annoying
Extremely pretty terrain. Awful looking roads :(
Yep, thought the same thing 😉
Sorry nivarias, I love you but it's agorà, hearing you say agóra hurts too bad, sorry again
For some reason i am not very impressed by this game
Nothing new here, you've played this game under many other names.
Ah OK so it's one of those crappy builders that have to be avoided like Caesar 4 and Civcity Rome.
Hello!
