- I really pushed myself by doing this level, since I have very little practice with the wave. After 8 days of playing this, though it might not seem much, I spend a REALLY long time playing each day. After getting 74%, I died there a bunch of more times, and one time at 75%. After finally getting past 75% I fluked the rest of the level, I don't know if I got extremely lucky or is it because I overpracticed, but I'm glad I don't have to play this level anymore. GG :)

I just did Sonic Wave 29-100. Yeah, that was one hell of an experience not nearly the same as a full completion, but it almost broke me. I started playing it when I was "good" at the wave but was terrible at this, but it felt like a challenge and was a little fun. I gradually got better and better at the game, the wave and this level, and the started doing some runs, which was crazy because I started thinking this was impossible for me. But recently, after dropping it for some time (with 29-79 and 55-100 as my two runs and only a few 29-55 runs at the time), I just played it again for fun and kind of for a break, until one day I opened the level and did 29-91 in like a few attempts in. An unfortunate death, and there were many more to come, but I started playing from 29 seriously and got way too good for me to believe, I was doing the first wave (29-55) super often (like every 30 attempts or less at times) and that was all I needed to complete the run... or so I thought. Because I was very good at the second wave, but was dying to the third and last wave (FY), and after some time I got terrible at the second wave(?). So I was getting really frustrated at that, but today I started played and kept playing until my hand started hurting, paused for a break and started again, throughout 7 hours (of which I played like 3-4 hours) until one attempt (on the copy's 51636th attempt) I did it. I just said a "YES" (just slightly excited) and got up like "I'm free".\
As for 0-29, I don't give a fuck. That part is like not even a part of the level for me, it's completely detached from the important, truly significant part that is 29-100, the actual wave that is actually what I played the level for in the first place. There is no reason for me to do 0-100, because I don't enjoy 0-29 AT ALL, I've done 29-100 which is what I care about, and it's just too much for me to actually go ahead and do, and for what, clout? Being able to say "I've beaten Sonic Wave!"? Sure, saying "I've done Sonic Wave 29-100" is far less interesting and amazing, but why should I need to say it? I HAVE DONE Sonic Wave 29-100, and that is mad impressive to me, even if my friends don't give a fuck and don't even understand it. But I've done what I've wanted, and it is truly fascinating.
Oh, and when I started playing Sonic Wave I wrote this in the description of my copy: "Maybe I should just go for it".
