Thank you. Very informative and you do have an inquisitive mind :) The only comment is that I believe the pump you had has all of its oil leaked and that was the failure cause. The top part of the pump where the cams are should be full with oil and the oil expansion reservoir (the press fit and glued part with the membrane) is there to accommodate the hot expanding oil during operation. Once the oil leaks (usually though a ruptured membrane) the pump runs dry and it overheats damaging the seal between the cylinders and pistons thus being unable to create compression.
If i want to repair the seal ring it could work again im having fuel leak from it maybe the ring could it be repaired or i should change all the fuel pump
Bravo, great tear down. Most cases the oil gets out due to o-ring getting faulty. I have made a video on its repair

Finally some one decides to open the HFPP and now i can just buy a new one, not worth rebuilding and is no rebuild kits available anyway, thanks bro
