@@SafSamed Idk, if the 17 on the left can take off around 3-5 troops from the 60 cap, then the 123 (98 cap + 25 draft) just goes through the 3 on the right and smacks it.

Jiu Jitsu is awesome! I've been doing it for about two years. I'm also a guard player. I'm not very athletic and I started at 38 years old so survival was all I could work on. Now I feel most comfortable on bottom playing defensively. There's something about fighting for your life and completely exhausting yourself that makes the stresses of the day melt away.
Maybe I'll try to get back into it

7) Ok this game is in my pocket.

Always a thrill to see top-level play. After seeing Blue's speed, the anticipation for the potential 1v1 was immense.
10/10 edit with the cat cam 😂 put a smile to my face.
Reminds me of Petter (@MentourPilot) making fun of his dog sitting on his couch while he was explaining something. Between a cut that dog moved from one side to the other. So he added a thought ballon on the the dog before the cut telling something like "I think I'm gonna teleport over there." and after the cut something like "Much better".
Great watching 1v1 prog caps between 2 remaining opponents who are GMs. This was a very instructive game. Thank you to both of you! 🙏

42:05 when you took that trade, I would have cap run. They had 80 and 81 on the caps and you got 140 for the trade +21 for your turn and you had an open 74 cap. That 235 troops to their 161. Now, obviously, that seems like a losing position for caps. However, with all the positive and even cap rolls we've seen on your channel, I think it would have been worth the Risk!😂. Edit: obviously you are way better than I am at the game. Do you think it would have been worth it to try?
It could definitely be a play but to become a grandmaster you can’t play like this since that’s flipping a coin. If you get bad dice you lose the game and if you get good dice you win the game on pure luck.
Again this is a way to play but it’s not how you become good at the game
True but it’s also a flip of the coin who goes to 5 first so either way it’s a flip

Why didn't any of those sets go towards hitting the last 2 capitals at the end? there was a major unit advantage with the 98 cap plus the 160 cash in

Peteman and Mr Scratch battling each other while Pink is roaming around. Both the Grandmasters not really concerned about the low level player, just waiting for it to go to the 1v1. Pink probably thought he was an active participant in the game, not realizing he was just a pawn.

Turns out it was that extra red card that did it for you! Fwiw I think you had him regardless as he failed to leverage his troop advantage into another cap or start a proper block

Overall, do you think using the slider has saved more troops than it has cost in slider errors? You actually do it a lot but don't get punished that much. I've seen you moving fast and hitting with a 90-70% it the last few hits

Couldn't you have taken both caps at the 2nd to last round.
You double tap the 60 cap with the 90+cap and the 24 stack next to it, also take the other one with the 40+ cap.
And you get a cap victory without needing to get lucky the next round by him not having a card.
LOL! Go figure.....Pete's MMA style is to 'wait out his opponent until they can't take anymore'.....Patient Pete Strategy!
