Hi - we are a recruitment agency and have contractors working with clients, is it possible to give access to clients to approve these timesheets as managers?
Thanks for the info. It just confirmed that Xero timesheet is no good for us😅. Being in building industry, we have different rules for site and offsite workers regarding RDO, overtime and allowances. What we are asking for is too complicated for Xero. In fact we had to disable to link between our job management system and Xero timesheet as it is just, sh*t data in. We have no choice but to build a spreadsheet with formulas then punch in Xero😂
Hi Nelson, it's not a requirement that historic timesheets be entered so long as you enter your opening balances into Xero. But if you really wanted to re-enter everything week by week then you'd have to set the payroll calendar start date from the beginning of where you want to start entering from.

Thank you - But how do I add a pay item that is not Ordinary Hours, Overtime or Publice Hoildays such as Bonuses and Commissions to a Timesheet
Need a template for ordinary / shiftwork hours (Employee) Weekly please. Is this possible? So i don't have to put it in on a daily basis.

Thank you😊
you fail to mention the fact that the employee just enters hours. No clock in / Clock out function.
Thank you. Very helpful.
You're welcome!
Learned a lot!
Glad to hear that.
Good demo, bit slow.
This could the worst timesheet tool I have seen to date.
Thanks for video but I have to say wow! so manual. What a bad solution to anyone with more than a few employees.
