This is just as example and I have treated employees contribution towards trival benefits same as Paye but Paye is payable to HMRC at month end but benefits are given by employer so you can post a journal at the month end if employer is paying to third party e.g medical insurance

Hi, you can add Holiday Pay on the payslip and generate P45.
