How to make Liberian Rice Bread | Liberian Version of Banana Bread |

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel, today I will be showing you guys how to make Liberian Rice Bread using 1/2 of the current rice bread recipe I have on my channel.

Ingredients:
- 1 box or 14 oz cream of rice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 6 ripe banana (preferably overly ripe banana)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can or 12 fl oz evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp ginger( grated or minced)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
