I put a duck censor on this video, not because I've ever had anything demonetized, but because I think it's funny
Completely valid. It is funny 草
should have done a chicken clucking
based
With freedom comes risk, with security comes restrictions. Neither is inherently better
the ying and yang
With more freedom comes less security, with more security comes less freedom.
My favorite example of this is how when Hololive members had their channels deleted due to mass reporting/some bot BS youtube itself took less than 24hrs to bring their channels back. Meanwhile most indies would require a shitton of luck to even be noticed by TH-cam.
@@HudaefCares exactly. there are tradeoffs, and each person needs to decide how they value it. some people will value the support and security of holo better, some will prefer the freedom and independence of going indie
@@delphy2478 yeah also to add that joining a corpo gives you opportunities which as indie you wont have, e.g. suisei and calli got insane collabs with anime studios etc., while as indie you can do what you want, but not in a large scale kind of thing
Freedom is for you to do shit. Restriction is for you to stop you doing STUPID shit.
*_~ They're not intimidated, they're just introverted people._*
freedom is what everyone can attack, harrass you event by your own company, friends without any punishment
you chose freedom then all peole have their own freedom too
Kiara is content for now.
Hmmm
Imagine Calli just streaming metal gear if she wanted, or Kiara singing her idol songs or Gura playing her favorite rythm games, is great that Cover can "cover" them for merch, deals, sponsors and contacts, but it sucks that just by being a japanese company they are attached to japanese laws, just watching how free are in IdolEn playing mod games or trying new stuff is like a total 180
Laws like game and song permits are annoying, but they have to be followed. Holo has already had a bad episode with Capcom, where they almost lost Mio's entire channel and the other girls' channels just for streaming without permissions. I don't know about IdolEn, maybe since they are from another country they have more freedom regarding those permits, but in Japan they are very delicate with those things.
@@andres.b9802wasn't Capcom the responsable of the Holo-Armagedon? (I'n getting ban if i use the other name). But yeah, Hololive is strict for a reason. Is a shame that i can't watch Fubuki's Ace Combat 5 VODs anymore.
@@EtanRedKnight Oh yes, my bad. But yes, those laws are there for that reason, and it's better to be safe.
It's, again, a mater of magnitude. If a small indie, or a small corpo streams without permissions, it's highly likely that the IP owner won't notice, or don't really care. But if the streamer Is big enough that the IP owner feels like they could sue for some Easy money, they will immediately strike.
Country of origin doesn't matter. The copyright laws are applied depending on which country the IP was registered. (ie: if a streamer from Mozambique gets in a german ship, with french captain into international waters, and uses a new Zeland streaming platform to stream without permissions a japanese game, the only thing that maters, Is the japanese law, for that's where the IP was registered)
@@andres.b9802 Being outside of Japan makes them not have to abide by Japanese copyright laws, which are very strict. Idol is based in Israel I'm fairly sure, so they're protected by fair use laws, while companies based in Japan aren't. And I'm pretty sure any content uploaded to TH-cam is subject to American fair use laws, so it's only Japanese companies like cover that have to get those permissions
I can see Kiara retiring to VShojo eventually
only if she fck up and get fired. she is too attached to holo girls
when that happens she will unleash her final austrian form, no pulling punches anymore, but id think thats an option
I doubt it. Kiara is a big fan of idol culture and everything that comes with it, and she likes to do those kinds of things that Cover does very often, things that with Vshojo she couldn't do, at least not at the level of Holo.
Good, then I don't have to look at her anymore.
@@FuukaPolyou never were forced to
I got that feeling that she just wants to hangout alot and her stream lately is just a job.
Found another clip-only watcher. Although you have to be pretty clueless to get that impression even as a mere clip watcher.
@@Anony-Mous This. Gotta hate people speculating bullshit as if they know whats going on.
@@miirico5398 well i think he is actually right, kiara hate comments like that putting context on her tangents, and if you do watch her you'll know that sometimes watching the clipsonly will not explain tenchou's whole scenario.. also that's my opinion on theses matters cheers
She wants to quit Hololive so badly you can taste it
Yes, the major idol otaku that's been spending over a decade trying to chase her idol dreams wants to badly quit the agency giving her the opportunities to pursue her idol dreams. It just makes sense!
Found the guy who has never watched Kiara and thinks she only exists in clips - and only watches the clips they think will have some spicy drama, at that. Get a real hobby, bro.
@@JimmyBoombox Agree to this lad. She's already cruising along with her dream job why the fuck would she quit? She already stated that theres up and down but theres more upside being on hololive plus being a legit Idol that could stand on a big stage, no one would fucking give that up. Stop speculating horseshit.
