Yea one way to distingusih Densetusu no Baba's voice ( Yoko Hikasa ) is if u hear this slight nuance where she has this snarky onee san poi voice and a sharp contrast when she heightens her voice. Ami Koshimizu one does sound similar with specific types of dialogues

Wow. I played the english dub so far, and Koleda sounds like a mixture of boyish and gruff which suits her apperance.
