They have gotten much more melodic in their latest releases, the production si what seems to be off, it just doesnt have that much metal personality to it or originality as older albums did.. I dont get why Nowdays Metal bands choose to produce their albums in that generic way of deeper and compressed tones
@@RanjanKumar-bu7ws polished metal sounds less memorable, nothing like the 80s and 90s sound where metal tones sounded different due to many different factors, nowdays everything sounds similar, because its more standarized, the thing of now is to sound downtuned which leads to generic sound.
I love , and subscribe to his stuff as well.. but if you needed this to get into the new album , no offense, your everything wrong with many people who call themselves fans. It doesn't have to sound like AJFA for it to be a good Metallica album... Truth is, AJFA in the grand scheme of things, is a horribly produced album and the new album with that sound would be ridiculous in 2023 with no bass.. . This is phenomenal! It goes to show they haven’t changed at their core if the new stuff fits this well with their old sound and style. James’ vocals in 1983 were nowhere near this level but you can still imagine it.
Of all these amazing mixes, this is the one that feels like it would fit the best on KEA or RTL. Maybe it's just the way the song is structured. Love the Horsemen and Seek references as well. Just incredible stuff man, unbelievably well done.
I was expecting this one to be in the KEA style since Too Far Gone has some No Remorse vibes, and that shows with the references I hear. Loving these remixes!

Picked up on the "No Remorse" sound first time I heard this song, sounds even better in this tone!...On another note, the flying V guitar James used initially from their very early days he had upgraded and modified by Gibson, and uses it for recording, so it's likely the guitar used on this song!
There hasn't been a single one I haven't liked that you put out yet. You can really hear the effort you put into these songs by adding your own personal changes to them. The other channels can't compare to you. 🤘

Awesome work. Definitely lets some old Metallica essence of the song shine. But...I think it also exposes some sections where the melody is a little formula and baggy (really common in bands writing material later in their career, I find.) For me - a lot of tracks on this album could be 1-2mins shorter.

What I think is beautiful about your mixes is that while yes, it does sound like the album you're trying to mimic, it also feels like it's own sound.
