Having the pegs the same length is best imo, 100%. Maybe reattach the exhaust so it comes out to the left of the frame at the back, that would make the overall proportions of the bike more symmetrical. But either way the riding position and balance will be way smoother with equal length pegs, I think it looks cleaner too.

Nice build! I always find foot placement difficult on really small vehicles, to the point that I save it for last and then rarely do it haha...
