Wow, that's would be great him studying Concordia University , that's Uni is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In Quebec province Official language is French ,if he know French he will get job quickly , nowadays most Asians, business running there. If I say ,true answer ,nowadays very difficult to get part time job , because many of overseas student are in waiting list. I hope and pray god everything will good for him.
