    Thank you for the info :) I got this one for my 18th birthday from my parents *o* So happy about it! I've always wanted a pen display and I think it's awesome for starters! I'm really glad I have it.

    I've seen a lot of great reviews for the Ugee, Huion, for example, but this one is exceptional. Lots of valuable info on this monitor. THANKS! Going to move on to your Ugee UG-2150 now.

    Just a note on the will.... That's how feathers work. They have a sort of built in velcro system to keep the fibres together. Without that, flight would be impossible, and waterproofing wouldn't work.
    The only feathers that AREN'T like that are the undercoat... Also known as down.

      Oh I see. LOL. My only experience is with chicken feathers. It's fascinating to see this feather.

    I've heard legends of old from 1000's of years ago how the ancient Chinese used to power their pen displays with VGA cables as well. It wasn't until after the Ming Dynasty they finally switched to HDMI.
    Excellent review as always. I'd love to see more testing with Windows based machines as well.

    Gear Best is pretty good. I know you can be sponsored by them. It's really great you should do more because they (usually) give you a free product to review if you can prove you are a good reviewer and know what you're doing.

      I see a lot of reviewers of the Acepen who are also sponsored by them. Otherwise, I would not have known of this product too. lol

    Just got mine yesterday and I am very pleased so far with the drawing experience. One question though. Is it possible to attach two of those to one computer and use the same pen on both? With the good price it would not be a bad workset-up to have the secondary "full painting view" screen to also be pen supported.
    As we can almost certainly conclude that this is the same as UGEE 2150, drivers work, pen work, maybe you can do a test with this one and the UGEE if you still have both devices?
    Thanks!

      You can definitely connect two monitors to a computer. As for the pen, I'm guessing it will probably work on both monitors as well.

    Pretty much the same hardware as my XP-Pen Artist 22HD from what I can see. Never used a Cintiq drawing tablet so can't compare to that, but for my needs the XP-Pen tablet works, I upgraded to a vesa versatile arm to remove the whole cables setting on the stand issue. Wonder if the XP-Pen drivers will work for it (which are online).

      +Knotty Professor I did not try the XP Pen drivers though. But yeah, the physical design is very similar.

    It seems very questionable and they're pretty cryptic and vague about the information and support. I wouldn't buy an item where they leave me in the dark. This may be a knock off or may have been rebranded. Thanks for the review. ^_^

    Hey just wondering it is Portable or can you only use it near your computer

    • @teohyc
      @teohyc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Jessydeane It's not a portable. You need to connect to a computer. Think of it as a monitor (that you can draw on)

    In terms of overall quality, this one or the ugee hk1560?

    • @teohyc
      @teohyc  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Bryan Anderson I think they are pretty much similar. The smaller screen will make everything look sharper because it is same resolution at smaller size. And take up less space on table. But other than that, pretty much similar in functionality

    Nice display. I know my sister would love this lol. But it all depends on the programme I guess? I can only get FireAlpaca 😢 lol
    Also FIRST im sorry

      FireAlpaca (Medibang Paint Pro) usually works very well on such pen displays.

    I have heard that this tablet is so similar to the ugee but more cheaper.

      It's probably the same display. I'm not sure why they need to create a different brand to sell it though.

    has anyone found a fix for the problem with the pen wobbling for no reason?

    • @teohyc
      @teohyc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a hardware problem. When I changed the pen, the wobble is gone.

    • @youdontknowme3935

      apart from the ugee pen is there any other you recommend?

    • @teohyc
      @teohyc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It seems like Acepen is also made by Ugee (the design of the monitor and pen looks exactly the same), so that's maybe why the pen can be use. I tried Huion pen and that did not work.

      If your unit was bought recently, you should ask for a replacement pen.

    acepen is also produced by the makers of ugee as I heard to some vloggers :)

      +randy rey I've also heard something like that. But it's weird that they would make another similar model just with different brand name. Not sure what strategy is that.
