Hard to not be affected by that scene. Prince perhaps suspected his time was running out and made things right in the most beautiful way possible, and not without that drama of walking out from the shadows. You couldn't make this up! Legend RIP
If it was Anyone else besides prince I’d be doubtful of him walking out the shadows but the amount of stories about him being that dramatic give credit to it.
Prince knew his debt needed to be paid soon. Not incidental he's illustrated with sunglass lens covering his third eye pineal gland. His Twitter profile pics started reflecting his third eye as his death approached. Elevator finally got him.
I'm just glad Prince made peace with whoever he needed to. No flashy headlines and all that. Just met up with these guys and talked it out. Morris, you hold down the legacy for your brother, man! I know you do anyways.
There is a vault under 1st Avenue filled with classic concert footage of all of the bands that played there. The videos are probably deteriorating and worth crap by now.
It always seemed like a legitimate rivalry . Even in the movie. Purple Rain was pure Beautiful Raw Passion and Emotion . I think that was why it was so Powerful...
Very touching an excellent reunion you can tell it in Morris Day’s voice high emotionally. It was for him to find out that his friend of many years had passed. You could hear him fight back the tears bless you, Prince Roger Nelson and Morris Day yes
Growing up in the '80s, I was grateful to have gotten a chance to experience life with real good music, great times, and bands like THE TIME and PRINCE AND THE REVOLUTION!!!! I was so happy that both Prince and Morris had patched up their beef. I still miss Prince to this very day. The short video tribute by Morris is so heartfelt and beautiful. #continue2rippurpleone💜🙏
Pop goes the music when the big white rabbit begin 2 talk and the color green will make your best friend leave u….it’ll make em do The Walk….but that’s Cool, cuz one day everyday will be a yellow day….
He almost od'd in his plane 2 weeks before be died in the elevator. He made an emergency stop and was rushed to the hospital. They were able to revive him. The hospital wanted to keep him for a couple of days. He wanted some more opiates. He should have hired someone to be on call with narcan if he was going to continue to take these new strong pills. He was in control of everything except his addiction. Cant win that battle while still using.
Thats just 1 angle of the building. And the inside definitely doesn’t look like a call center. In addition to being his house, the mansion was also decked out with a recording studio AND concert venue built-in.
it was, the pharmacy where he got his meds probably used an different cheaper suppler, and he got a batch made in Mexico or China, some pharmacy was running out of pills, I wonder how many other people OD in that area during that time, and if they pull the pills from that pharmacy after his death, but it was an accident
Accidental in the sense that the prescription was probably tainted (black market). You know the doctor that can give you what you want when you're paying the right $$$. That doctor probably went through a backchannel when he couldn't get it the legal way. Real generic version. Sad
Glad the Brothers came back together before they couldn't..
I`m so blessed to have been around this time. 80`s was a great decade
Word up!

TropicIslandpopartist You’re Correct b’cuz he was gonna give Apollonia 6 their Gold LP awards at Paisley Park, but it never came to be.........

Yea, but then they got together again and did Prince's "Under the Cherry Moon" and "Graffiti Bridge" playing rivals again....
Yes

Beautiful song by the way Morris
This era I just loved so very much...this was real music here
YOU COULD HEAR HOW ❓ MUCH PRINCE 👑 DEATH AFFECTED HIM.. HE ALMOST BROKE DOWN CRYING😭...
Naturally, it was his childhood friend, the one that put him on and into the life.
Yep, you can see the emotions in his face in the interview after the Grammys.
Rob Brown he was crying.
Love this!!!! New sub!!!
The 70’s 80’s and 90’s brought me here I’m so blessed to be around those times
I’m surprised these things don’t have millions of views
Leave it 2 Prince 2 appear outta nowhere😂

Prince: *"Look at this disgusting tie."*
Incredible!!! Thanks for posting!!
Pop goes the music when the big white rabbit begin 2 talk and the color green will make your best friend leave u….it’ll make em do The Walk….but that’s Cool, cuz one day everyday will be a yellow day….
Beautiful that they shared a moment even 30 years later.
Prince wanted 2 make things right with his Friends
R.I.P. PRINCE
If you've never had a reconciliation with a mentor/rival, you can't understand how powerful of a moment it is for a person.
Damn just comes out of the shadows , RIP
In Prince fashion!
I like this channel keep it up
😢 friendship reunited and forgiving
Heartwarming!
Sometimes the folks who love you hurt you the most
RIP Prince the best to ever do it the GOAT.
Those mpls brothers are real, brotherhood over Hollywood

I miss the 1980's
I got more FREAKS that Prince Rogers Nelson -- "DAMN!" Tha Alkaholiks
That scene was great - but anyone else think it's weird that Prince's house looks like a call center in a business park?
Thats just 1 angle of the building. And the inside definitely doesn’t look like a call center. In addition to being his house, the mansion was also decked out with a recording studio AND concert venue built-in.
I 4got which Friendbit was said that they wish Prince got 2 be a Father & Husband instead of all the fame
This is so detailed that the keyboard players were using Oberheim synths. As many times as I've seen this, I never noticed that
This made me tear up 💔
I saw Morris on VladTV recently an he basically said everything he's saying now as if they scripted that interview for this piece right here
Paisley park is over an hour from Minneapolis. Just sayin 🤷🏾♂️
Did they get hank hill to narrate this
Mike Judge who created King of the Hill created and narrated this series.
@ .45.... I can hang a huge framed picture of that in my game room....
What show are these xlips from
RIP TO THE PURPLE ONE!
Dam man,..😢 yep the goat❤
I don't think it was an accidental overdose.
i don't think it was an overdose at all.

Prince knew he was going to die
I hate Jam & Lewis got fired 4 trying 2 put money n their own pocket. Prince had 2 control everything
Where is scene 1 and 2
Prince was trying 2 make it right but ran outta time. Listening 2 Morris Audiobook & Andre interviews. They wasted so much time on stupid beefs
is this narrated by Hank Hill?
Wow
I don’t know how I came across this but thank you for uploading this, very interesting! I never knew a show like this existed anyone know the name?
Tales from the tour bus
What's the name of this documentaries featuring prince , rick james , etc?
Too cool!
No accident. His debt came due. Elevator finally got him. Guess it was worth it...
Can someone tell me why Alan Leeds sounds like he has a full mouth when he's talking?
He's somewhat elderly now, remember he was James Brown's tour director in The 60s like anyone aging you begin slowing down
That’s Mikes art style
what's the name of this documentary
Tales from the tour bus
Accidentally suuuure.
Why is the playback laggy?
Morris Day is that nigga
I like how they got butthead to narrate this.
@3:21 damn, just damn

Prince was a creep.
They killed Prince
You stole this from another channel
The other channel stole it from cinemax
Prince ruined a great band
What a truly horrible cash in song
Narrated by King of the Hill
I saw "Purple Rain" on the day I graduated from Navy boot camp in Orlando, Florida--on my 18th birthday. 🎖🪖
