this song has haunted me since i first saw it on cartoon network years and years ago and i finally found in the year of our good lord in 2017

I saw this on cartoon network when I was super young and after hearing it between show lineups (camp laszlo and puffy ami yomi and code name kids next door anyone?). And years after that I kept coming back to it in my head and finally as a teenager I found it. I'm 24 now and I still come back here. It feels like a glass of warm milk and oreos on a nice day. I love this song so much.
The Go Team is underrated their new music is also amazing. And love how they mix pop and different cultures into their music.
This original lineup put on one of the most fun, high energy concerts I’ve ever seen.
Saw them headline one of the smaller stages st Leeds Festival 2004. Top stuff.

Mystery solved: It was Cartoon Network of all things who introduced me to The Go! Team.
Seeing the quality of special effects in video and due to i´v been seeing since i was a teenager... make me feel very adult... i'll always love this band!

I, like most people, first saw this song on Cartoon Network then looked it up here. I absolutely love it; it makes me happy. I think the overall sound and rhythms are moving and uplifting; it truly is a masterpiece

Fun fact, the reason second verse is hard to understand is that it's in Japanese. The song on the album is mostly Japanese, this is a different version of the song where a couple of verses are in English.

Another fun fact: Ian Parton once penned a song for Momoiro Clover Z. Only the music, not the lyrics. It’s called Roudou Sanka. The beats bear an unmistakable similarity.

Alright Kiddies! Gather around! Let Grandpa Chris tell you a story. A story of seeing this video on Cartoon Network. When I was in middle school which would have been like 2005? The internet was still very simple back then. Very difficult. None of this shazam shit. You just googled random things and hoped there was...... something. There i was googling this song. Not knowing the name of the song or the band name. No being able to figure out any lyrics lol For years, i was googling everything i could. Japanese pop cheerleader double dutch chanting sonic youth distortion video game. Im like give me somethingggg. I never forgot that bizarre sound. Till one day in highschool i saw the movie Whip It and found one of my favorite bands of all time! Kids today dont understand how difficult it was back then lol
Ha ha, similar story here. I live in the bush, no radio reception so basically my musical knowledge for new music stops at 1985 when i moved there. So I was visiting a friend about 2004 I think, and I heard some music on the radio but didn't catch who it was. It took me a few years to find out who it was but I never forgot that little bit I heard on the radio that day. And I was so happy to see them play in Australia years ago, that was a good night, except it was in a pub, a little bit small i think.

I currently have the lyrics, but I think the reply would be too short to allow all of it, and codeman38 is also correct about the subtitles. The lyrics may be found on the internet somewhere else through a search engine and the Cartoon Network one was very common about 2-4 weeks ago. The long version was and my version was recorded from a recorder and sucks, so I took it down.
