    I was very fortunate to purchase my property in Paerata a few years prior to the major development there. At the time of purchase it was one of the cheapest areas to buy in Auckland but not anymore. Keep up the good work Chris.

    I wonder if the development contribution changes that have been signalled (and implemented elsewhere) will slow up these sprawl developments. Along with build opportunities opened up in the existing urban area where you can have some semblance of a normal commute rush hour commute.

      Aucklands urban area is only 670 square kilometers that could double in size and still be smaller than Sydney Melbourne etc.
