In wind: move stuff up to the front of the trailer, but also put Weight in the bed of the truck over the axels, keep your speed to 55-60 mph. You have enough truck to tow what you have, but, a F-250 would be less nerve racking. I have a 25 ft TT that I have towed over 50,000 miles with a F 150, Texas wind is what makes me want an F 250.

Looked like a fun trip. Full of great memories.. I was thinking the flag pole is real high to raise.. then I noticed how high trailer was jacked up to level.. hope the hounds are feeling better.

Definitely an entertaining episode, and was looking to see if it had a PG rating assigned to it after the "hardner", "...sticks out a lot", and "...keep your mouth open" remarks, lol.
The Scepter jugs aren't too bad in price for what you get. I bought two of the 2.5 gal containers for our camping (glamping) excursions, for their sturdiness. Good thick plastic, and ease of transport. The only drawback is the proprietary threads on the lids, so finding a "spigot" to fit became a task, but found one online (amazon), but was about the same cost as the water container. We camp out of a 5x9 Hiker Trailer w/rtt mounted on it, so most of my gear is hauled in the bed of the truck, and then stored outside, usually exposed to the weather, or under the awning. The sturdiness of the Scepter was the selling point for me.
The nose enema would be a no-go for me. 😳

Oh my, her sweet little heart ❤😢 Miss Pig jumped by a mean dog! Glad you all were able to rescue ⛑ her and get her injuries 🏥 medically addressed quickly. She's such a precious pooch, I've taken such a liking to her. Please put some soft comfort toys wherever she is sleeping while she's recuperating. They say that after being attacked they will dream about it for some time to come. Comfort toys are said to help them during those dreaming times. Hugs and kisses to little Miss Pickles ❤ too. She's such a Cutie-pie.

Great video glad to see your out as a family we went to Texoma 2 weeks back and it was really cold and windy but had a blast. Still had water off but we expected it and had tanks loaded just in case.

Builtright I think, right? For the dash mount. Was thinking about buying the rear seat release from them. Oh - been using that nasal rinse for years. Life changing for sure (not great for an audience).:). Love the family vids.
I've had the Builtright rear seat release for my '18 F150 SuperCrew for awhile now, and it's been a good investment. I don't have an amp/speakers behind the seat, so there's room to store a few things back there.

How did the F-150 hold-up while heading home in the wind? Also, what types of cameras do you use for filming? Would love to figure out how you get some of your night time lapses!
It “held up”. The 3.5 Ecoboost is more than enough engine to tow this rig, it’s the wind and other trucks on the road that make it a little more interesting since the trailer weighs almost more than the truck.

Please emphasize to your children that wild animals are wild and not pets. Hate to see your daughter get bitten trying to touch an animal that isn't having it. I like that she's excited to see various wildlife tho.

That was an armadillo they are relatively harmless. They are everywhere in Texas eat bugs and grubs
