These smoke trains actually make the game look like proper fleet warfare.
Basically if the other sides' players doesn't run a coordinated attack in this case both BB and the Stalingrad should have gone full speed towards 'Le pain'
they would get torpedo'd the dd's
A radar cruiser and a battleship would have ended this train easily, but they were too dam' random as always.
Loved the opening to this battle. Your production skills have gotten quite good.
Having said that, I must admit to taking some perverse pleasure in watching these "smoke train" matches. It's like watching a train wreck. You know you want to close your eyes and look away, but it's practically impossible to do.
Hats off to the Alaska for the plan he cooked up. Unfortunately, if it's going to work, you better do it quick.

Funny part is those Vampires didn't do that much in this battle (except for the smoke train of course) but they still managed to not finish last on score board...

Noticed that.Meanwhile playing Khaba,dodging and firing non stop for 20 minutes and doing 150k damage gives you about the same amount of XP as those Vampires that only fired torps that did 0 damage

Or witch ship in the Japanese battleship and curisers have a very high bpm 2ndnerys with 2 t 10 gun boats.

Alaska could easily stop them all, but potato player failed. 1 radar ruins everything. Even good torp DD can hold them long enough to not allow win. Another video with smoke train with Schlieffen shows it, when halland defended solo flank pretty good long enough

- first have to understand what’s going on. The enemies don’t see what we see…the Colbert was visible 8mins in the game for the first time or so. They do not see that these ships are grouped so close together.
- you have to be on the right side of the map, or it takes you 8 minutes to even get there
- as a radar cruiser, you have to get close enough. You are spotted long time before you a in a proper radar range (10km is not close enough…the Colbert turns and is out of range otherwise). They are in open water for a reason. I say: in 98% of the cases it is impossible to get close enough before You a toast. Additionally, this groups runs permanently at >35 knots. Which radar cruiser can even catch up?
I still don’t think it’s impossible to counter - they are „wasting“ three ships to lift one to >300k damage. Three ships in your team that perform good on their own could do the same and even can contest the caps way earlier. But of course it’s not easy.

Prime example on the biggest issue with the game
What's the issue here? Not his fault the other team are dumbos who try to run or ignore instead of pushing. And the whole concept requires three ships with only one doing the damage. It's balanced.
Satsuma and Patrie should've just pushed in after the (both) Vampire torps and the smoke train would've been history. This is not a game's issue, but a skill issue of the red team. Period.
Well besides subs and carriers generally, if you’re a single player yes this is the worst thing.
Could also argue the use of third party software.

Well, that was another excellent team effort, and this Smoke Train was the best since it did NOT end up in a loss for the rest of your team (from the division that was making this play).
I'll be looking forward to more of these kinds of matches!
Colbert made a very nice dmg result, but overall it was a very bad idea because looking at the final table, these two Vampires did very little except for the spot, they shot almost nothing, only released a few torpedoes. In my opinion, the Vampires did a maximum of 50k dmg each, which together with Colbert is almost 600k but if we divide it into 3... a total of 1300 exp on the win also says a lot. Anyway, congratulations on a good battle, it's just a pity that the potential of two Vampires was wasted
