my relay from the ac clicks when inserted in other slots but not the ac slot even when key is on and ac is on other relays don't have other results they all dont click when inserted in ac relay slot not key on ,not key off , my fuse looks fine . what is keeping the signal from getting to my relay or am i not supposed to hear the internal click of the relay ?

How the hell did you tak off the cover on the fuse box. Mine is in such an awkward location i cant even take it off lol
