Just curious, do you ever go shopping for luxury bags/goods while you're in Japan? I hear second hand luxury there is really reasonably priced and that they have a great selection. I've been wanting to go and check it out
Time past 24:00 is typically used in late night restaurants so that there's no confusion about closing into the morning of what is meant to be the same night.
I've tasted the W hotel pastry last year and I still have that yuzu cake in my heart. Definitely going back there next time I'm Osaka and will taste everything you've shown here! Thanks!
