Thanks Myles and Courtni for sharing this awesome, amazing and unique RV! I noticed in the comments lots were complaining of how long the video is but when you are trying to explain all that went into this renovation, wow! I for one, really enjoyed listening to this interview and I really appreciate Courtni explaining everything! I wish I had her knowledge! Hope you have a great day Myles and Courtni! ~sheryl~
Thanks Myles for the interview & tour of Cortni's RV. Um.. I'm not a fan of this wild interior decor but I am happy that Cortni is happy. Thanks again Myles for letting us see this UNIQUE Fith-wheeler. Cheers !
That is so cool, I took an 32 year old 32 footer bumper tow unit that was stripped out for parts and turning it into a mobile sound studio. Took out the dinnete, put counter top there making the kitchen actually a working kitchen, in the middle, covered the windows, took out the couch, install mount for 32 channel sound board, other side got the window closed off as well, made desk to function as both an office and editing area, monitor speakers, sub down under out of the way, Mac Mini under and out of the way yet still very functional. Sound panels, black walls with light pine flooring and led rope light so one can see the floor upon entering. Bathroom and bedroom still stock minus lighting upgrades. I will be getting myself the course Cortni put together and I am grateful it is there, a bit different rebuilding a travel trailer from a house, and I like to learn how to get to the suppiers. That water vabor fireplace is off the hook, and outstanding job on the bathtub replacing the shower, so tired of those fiberglass looking shower units. Awesome what your doing Myles out there in Texas, I put on your RV porn at least once a week. Peace out ya all, Super David Scott!
A friend of ours changed their RV bathtub/shower to a walk-in Jacuzzi tub/shower. It’s absolutely wonderful. They also took out the gas stove/oven and replaced it with a drawer, style, dishwasher, and a 4 eye electric flat countertop cooktop stove. Then they took the washer and dryer out of the bedroom closet, and changed their half bath into a laundry room. This left more room in the closet for clothes or storage, and much easier access to the washer and dryer.
Hey Mrs. Donna, I love love love it!!!💖💖💖 as you know I suffer from hair lose in the middle of my head and I went to the barber and had him cut it all off at one time. Now I wear my hair very short just enough to try and cover the spot. Again , just beautiful on you. Can’t wait to see how you styled it. Love you all 💖!!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!! I have an old 30 foot camper that I'm trying to resurrect from previous water damage and neglect. This other company and knowledge will definitely help!
Boss move getting her interview Myles!! Well done. Buying her classes thx 2 u!! Congrats on 100,000 and marrying your beautiful bride. Love the detail n respect of your videos. Your really killing it 🎉keep up the great work!!!❤
I've had my bathtub (big ass residential) and seperate shower in my travel trailer for literally over a decade. I've seen many people that claim to have a "bathtub" and it's just a little baby bath. Happy to see someone actually putting in a somewhat decent tub!! I also love the opti myst fireplace, 2 of them are my next idea. 1 question though, how do you add slideouts in a travel trailer that doesn't have any. I'm in a wheelchair and found my best suiting van, so no ideas of "just buy a new rv" please lol
This is basically a party bus/demo RV and everything she does with this is exhibition. She doesn’t need the ‘normal’ livable RV stuff. While she may l;I’ve in it part time, Im sure the majority of this RVs use is at shows while she is at the hotel.
The outside ideas are wonderful, but the interior is definitely not practical. There’s not enough storage inside for a long weekend trip, in my opinion. I do love the fireplace idea!!
Bathroom is beautiful but that tub is extremely small. How much water needed to fill it ? Will that increase how often you have to refill your tanks ? No counterspace in the kitchen. It’s larger but no real useable space. The “fireplace” seems gaudy for it to be counter height. Not much storage. Can the fridge door be fully open?
looks good. Downside is the resell value dropped to half what it was before the renovation. Never do this to a late model RV unless you plan on keeping it for many years.
This is one of the most known and popular RVs in the country. It’s easily worth 3-4x what a standard Montana is because Cortni built it and she is the most qualified RV renovator in the country.
@@mylesrv I have been a RV dealer for over 25 years that unit at auction will bring half what it would in factory condition. if you try to trade it you will get half trade in value at any dealership in the country because it will be a slow seller when the dealer resells it unless its priced cheap. Don't get me wrong it looks cool I'm not denying that but like customizing classic cars when you customize a Camper its for your own taste and needs not those of future owners. Used RV shoppers prefer factory condition RVs if they are paying close to retail price for it If they are priced extremely low then some buyers will overlook the customizations. Kind of like selling one with a salvage title if its cheap enough the right buyer will overlook the salvage title part.
@@TJ-di1lb -- You are mistaken, because you are comparing buyers at an auction - to buyers who want something "special" and unique. Here's an example: The color scheme on THIS rv is black and gold. And now you know why she has over 2,000 people on a waiting list.
@@gman21266 Problem is RV shoppers do not go to tailgate parties to buy RVs they go to dealerships. They are already on guard and looking for problems looking at used RVs anyway and the first thing any RV shopper with half a brain will think when they see paint on walls and cabinets of a used RV and rightfully so is what are they covering up? And they will think anything a salesperson tells them is just a line. I have seen it many, many times. I can assure you I buy and sell more RVs then most on this channel and probably have been doing it a lot longer. 99.9 percent of used RV shoppers and RV dealers are not going to know who this person is that did the mods and honestly will not care. Custom RVs are worth around half on the retail and the wholesale side of a factory condition RV and thats if they are done right and take twice as long to sell. If someone wants to do this to their own RV its their choice. I'm just making them aware of the consequences.
If you knew how many comments she gets about “all back exterior? That’s stupid and will just make your RV hotter” you would understand what a manufacturer wouldn’t take the risk of making an all black exterior RV.
@@mylesrv I can definitely understand that, just wasn't thinking about that part cause it looks so good 🤣 wondering if gray would be better, just have always disliked something with so much white.
As a pro detailer/ auto wrapper a wrap on an rv isn't a good idea. Most wraps are good for 2 to 7 years. So on an rv that you might want to keep for a long time, you have a big cost coming when it's time to remove it. let alone replace it.
I see what you’re saying! It would just be tough to do so as that would be such a rare occasion someone would want something like that, it would likely not be in a manufactures best interest to invest time and resources into designing and creating something a smaller portion of people would be interested in.
People have been doing RV renovations since the 50's, there just was a limited amount on the internet. But, even then...there was plenty. So, dont pat yourself on your back too hard. :) Yours still looks pretty cool and there is always new things to learn. Good job :)
I put in the description that I forgot to show that part. I wish I could comment photos, but she lives in this RV full time and was in the middle of travel so she had her bedroom closed off. But I did show it in the short form video I uploaded to TH-cam, TikTok, and IG.
It’s nice but I would really like to see the wiring for the solar be done much more like an electrician would do a residential panel. The wiring could and should be a lot cleaner IMO
I wish I could get a upgrade on mine! Keystone has been no help! I ordered my Montana Legacy 3813ms it’s a 2022! Every since I had it it’s just been in the shop with 4 water leaks and water pump gone! Was not hooked up to solar and all of the molding in coming off on the inside! And I’m the closest the insulation is falling out the ceiling! The air conditioner is leaking inside! The shower door broke off! Really wish I could get through to Montana for someone to listen! My wife and I are full timers and it’s been very difficult!
you do you / but I cant find one thing about this RV that I like. ( really not a good promo for her business ) I would not reply on her ' expertise " in the design area
Design is all personal preference. Her expertise is knowledge and understanding of how to remodel and renovate an rv the right way to properly change things to make them what YOU want.
This was a concept design which is to turn heads and make you look, it was not designed for practical purposes. It’s obviously doing it’s job judging by all the comments. What it shows is what can be done with an RV so everyone’s personal tastes can be accommodated.
I don’t know. I’m not sure she weighed it before installing. But you can probably find the weight of each individual battleborn battery somewhere online
I didn't get to see everything I wanted to there was way too much talking in this it don't matter how it was before it matters what's there in front of you explain what's there and move to the next thing
There was a lot I wanted to talk to her about and ask about. Sorry you didn’t want to hear it, but there’s a fast forward function on TH-cam for that very reason
Then fast forward. You have complete control of what parts of the video you want. This is just as much an interview to learn from Cortni as it is to see her RV. If you don’t want the information, skip it. I uploaded a 60 second video of the RV as well that you can go watch as well if you just want to see the RV and don’t care about the educational side of what Cortni gives in this video.
This was a great video and she did wonderful work. The offers are great too, but the video was so long. Might want to keep it under 30 min like you normally do.
There was just so much to talk about! It’s basically an hour long TV show, but if it’s too long, you can always skip to the parts you want to see and hear about.
While it was long, there's almost no way you could have done this in under 30min. I would much rather have a longer video and have complete info than just a bunch of half assed info and ended up with more questions than answers.
@@Ken-xv4sb right… if I’m going to do an interview with someone, I’m doing it more Joe Rogan style where it’s more of a conversation together that takes however long a normal conversation would take than I am cable news style where it’s just quick Q+A and no time to really talk.
@@mylesrv Couldn't agree more... especially something this unique. If you were just touring a standard model I might agree.. but this was anything but that.
She lives in this RV and has her bedroom full of personal belongings so we didn’t show it. And I forgot to put pictures on the screen but they are on her website!
There’s so much to talk about with this RV. And my channel is about doing IN DEPTH reviews. So when I get the chance to get a video of one of the most custom fifth wheels ever made, I want to know as much about it as possible. If that bothers you, there’s many other RV channels out there you can watch.
Cool concept. I just feel like it’s cool to look at but terrible to camp or live in. It’s not a practical layout or design at all. The took most cabinets out. They also took counter space and just storage in general. Not practical for use just for looks.
So many nice ideas but executed poorly. As an example, just look at the bathtub - she closed off the skylight and lowered the ceiling meaning nobody over 5’5” can even stand up in it. The kitchen - where is all the storage? It’s just not practical.
She didn’t lower the ceiling, there is just a frame piece there to give it a better finish. And it doesn’t matter if someone else can fit in there… it’s for her and all she needs is for her to fit in there haha but it’s all practical for her as she has lived in this full time for about 3 years
@@mylesrv she says she lowered it in the video. It’s obvious. And I get it’s just for her, but I suggest you not be so defensive to everyone who is expressing their concerns. That’s the beauty of it - it works for her (which is great) but we can still say how it could be better.
That’s not what this video is for. This is just as much an interview with Cortni to learn from her and about her rig as it is a tour of her rig. I found all of our conversation fascinating and did not want to cut any of it cause there’s so much to learn! If you just want to see the RV, there is a 60sec version of this video in the shorts section of my TH-cam page. Or… you can always fast forward.
All of that BS and still didnt get to see the rest of the RV. WTF! Such a huge build up to be let down by not seeing all of the ‘cool’ shit she (supposedly) added.
I love the rv, but man it's painful trying to listen to you guys talk to each other through this walkthrough. You both are constantly trying to talk over each other and I'm over here laughing my butt off just watching that 😂😂😂😂
I am sorry BUT I personally do NOT like this decor. EXTREMELY dark and the kitchen is oddly laid out. There’s no counter by the sink, no Island, no storage, the dishwasher and microwave were all in a corner which to me seems like they’re going to get scratched. The ONLY thing that I liked was the projector screen.
That’s fine haha it’s exactly how she likes it and wanted it to be which is what’s cool about remodeling… you make it what YOU want it to be. For instance, she did not want an island, so she took it out. Obviously some people do want an island though.

100 watts, is roughly ONE AMP of power.
No it's not. At all.
Amps X Volts = Watts.
10 amps at 10 volts = 100 watts
50 amps at 2 volts = 100 watts
20 amps at 5 volts = 100 watts
25 minutes talking about the outside 😅 goodness. But this is stunning!
Oh it could have been much longer! She just has so much equipment and knowledge to share!
Myles is DEFINITELY a batty boy!
@@mylesrv I think timestamps are helpful in the longer videos. Great interview!
I tried this code and it says invalid
the code Myles? I just tried it and it worked
woow
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
No bedroom?
She lives in this RV and has her bedroom full of personal belongings so we didn’t show it. And I forgot to put pictures on the screen but they are on her website!
Thanks, I was confused not seeing a bedroom. Love what you have done with the interior. Absolutely a classy transformation. Enjoy!
You both talk wayyyyyyy to much. Shoulda been 15 minute video
And you constantly cut her off when she was talking, and dragged out the vid.. This was painfull to watch.. definatly the only vid of yours id watch.
There’s so much to talk about with this RV. And my channel is about doing IN DEPTH reviews. So when I get the chance to get a video of one of the most custom fifth wheels ever made, I want to know as much about it as possible. If that bothers you, there’s many other RV channels out there you can watch.
I tried but too much advertising so I had to move on
Cool concept.
@@RichardoBrit he’s a RV sales guys. Like a used car guy, usually pretty scummy 😂
I just wish she just shut up and show the damn RV
That’s not what this video is for. This is just as much an interview with Cortni to learn from her and about her rig as it is a tour of her rig. I found all of our conversation fascinating and did not want to cut any of it cause there’s so much to learn! If you just want to see the RV, there is a 60sec version of this video in the shorts section of my TH-cam page. Or… you can always fast forward.
I'm sure she knows a hell of alot more about RV's than you do,and you are just making this comment to show your ignorance!
No kitchen space! Not enough countertop space not enough cupboards.
Well good thing it was designed for how she wanted it and not how you would want it! Haha
All of that BS and still didnt get to see the rest of the RV. WTF! Such a huge build up to be let down by not seeing all of the ‘cool’ shit she (supposedly) added.
What exactly was not shown that you were hoping to see?
Can't a template then take it out.
What about a walk in shower
I love the rv, but man it's painful trying to listen to you guys talk to each other through this walkthrough. You both are constantly trying to talk over each other and I'm over here laughing my butt off just watching that 😂😂😂😂
It looks okay 😐
no so much wasted space................would not want this one
Geeeeeezzzzz way to much talking. Fast forward to 25 min.
Very interesting but not practical in my opinion.
Well she has lived in it for many years now so she finds it practical for her wants and needs
The curtains in the bathroom r ugly
