I really like this one. I can see my grandson in the loft having a ball especially with the tv in the corner. With the carpet and stairs no worries of him falling. Me and my mom in the bedroom
I really love lofts with stair access! Don’t forget to mention pets would love to hang out there as well, giving them a place of escape. We have 2 cats that would enjoy that area ❤️. Your videos are really great; just found them about 3 weeks ago.
I think it would awesome for that loft area on top to have an expansive ceiling, just like the ones on the sides, so it can turn into a full functional room with two individual beds
Just purchased this floor plan on 12/31/22 due to having the loft for our animals having their own space up there since they're our kids and we're full-time living. It's definitely a nice unit.
Just wanted to correct you on the front landing gear. You never pull the pin first to drop the legs or you'll never level the unit. Extend front legs first about half way to the ground (if on level ground) then pull the pin to extend the legs the rest of the way. Then hit the button to raise the front of the trailer up to get it off the truck. Once truck is out of the way, hit auto level
Got it. Good to know because my family has this same leveling system and I guess we have been doing it wrong this whole time. Appreciate the information.
@@mylesrv i kept imagining my kids purposefully (or not) "getting stuck in it" constantly. 😆 seriously though, what a finger pincher! Edit: really enjoy the vids btw. Ty! They literally helped us find our last camper - ❤ fam of 5 who camps about 3 months/ year!
Great tour! Good job. Impressive unit. This should sell very well. Not much to criticize. I’ve been living in RV’s for three years so I always have complaints. This is really great.
We will be looking to buy this next year. We will look you up. We had a manufactured home Business. I would have hired you pronto. I love your detail about the product! I also love your passion about it! Great product! Great job❣️
I've watched quite a few of your videos and I like them, you're pretty well informed and I like how if you have what could be a "kids" area, you're like I'd totally be in that loft if I was a kid, and I'm like me too!! You'll get even better with time, so keep up the good work!!
I'm generally not impressed with big flashy expensive RVs, fifth wheels etc. I have an extremely modest 27 ft trailer, with no slides, that I have redone the flooring, painted those awful cabinets inside and made storage under the bed by hinging it. I'm in the process of painting the outside the same colors of our key West style home. I love my little trailer. But I must say that this is the most impressive looking, without being over the top, one I've seen!! Love love love the colors so fresh looking!! That huge kitchen! If I had a hundred grand and a huge truck to pull it with I would definitely be buying one!! I can't wait to show my husband this video. This one's so cool and my three Sharpeis would love running zoomies around inside!!
It would be the greatest if they offer a bathtub/shower insert option!! I'll take it without but after not having a bathtub for years I really crave a relaxing bath. It doesn't even have to be big I've laid in my standing very tiny shower just fine with legs up just to get a hint of comfort whilst not feeling all that great. Keystone 390 ds was #1 but this one just won my ❤️.
Yes Myles anytime you see the side of the slide with those serpentine tracks it's a Schwintek slide. The Rack and Pinion has support tracks underneath the slide. Are you sure that's a residential oven?
I suppose it is not a residential oven. I had heard this suburban oven referred to as that, and now as I’m going through their information, there isn’t anything classifying it as a residential oven, so I misspoke on that. It is their larger sized oven compared to what you find in lower model Keystone RV’s which is what I should have said. Appreciate the correction.
Solar is used to charge batteries. Batteries store the power to run everything that is powered through 12v in the RV (lights, slide outs, awnings, and a few other things). To power more, you need inverters that will invert the 12v power to 110 to power things like the refrigerator (this is already equipped to do that) and would require a larger solar charge controller and additional panels and inverter to power things like A/C, microwave, outlets and more. Hope that helps. A lot to try and explain in a comment! Haha
Thank you for a very thorough tour of the RV.! After spending the past 6 years upgrading and remodeling our 2012 Keystone for full-time off-the-grid travel/living, we have concluded their design team needs more women and full-timers. Our impressions of this one: Dislike the crowded look entering the kitchen and hate the flooring color - just looks dirty. Really don't need that rear door - took space away from the kitchen which is where I would have placed that pantry cabinet dividing the rooms and opened it up more - prefer an island for more counter space and efficient work flow and would have moved the step up to the left. Can't understand why they dropped the rear so much - seems like a drag problem. But the light shade of cabinets is very nice. Btw, with all the small appliances we now use- toaster oven, instant pot, air fryer, blender, etc - why aren't these kitchens providing deeper counters with rear storage cabinets to hide and secure the appliances with extra outlets? THAT would be a great help. That upper loft is a dream come true for storage! Nice bathroom, but a linen cabinet is missing. Can't imagine crowding in a washer/dryer inches from the bedside. King bed doesn't give much space to walk on either side, and why such a small chest of drawers at the foot of bed- there was space for twice that many drawers. Wish Keystone would raise and minimize the bedroom window and place an entire wall of drawers or cabinets in the bedroom - think 2-3 week worth of undies, socks, pjs, tshirts, sweaters, shoes, boots, hats, mittens, for two.
I like the 2 entries in case of fire.. Is it possible to order a Montana with only 1 paint color? Which Montana is the best for snow in the state of Montana? Looking for full-time living. My pets would love the loft!
Love the bar area and the front living. Especially love the position of the door being right under the center of the awning. That’s awesome during rains. But I was hoping to see 4 burners, and single sink basin. For me personally that would be an upgrade. We have a 2020 Keystone Montana 20th Anniversary and really love the brand and our model so far.
There’s a lot that goes into answering this question. It will keep it cool, but if you’re expecting it to get below 70° in the summer time, it will depend on where you live. I can’t even get the upstairs in my house under 70° in the TX heat so to expect that in an RV isn’t a realistic expectation. Around 75° or so and adding a fan is probably what you can expect and it will get cooler at night.
Don’t remember seeing you point out the A/C in the bedroom… curious to where that is located. Like does it have a straight shot for efficiency , or a lot of ducting ?
Kitchen is a great space and beautiful but I feel like across from the bar stools that cabinet area they should use cabinets like the rest of the kitchen because it would look a little bit better and provide counter space cuz it lacks that just a little bit for the size of RV perhaps. BUT also I'd get rid of the top of those cabinets and make them match and add an extended counter top by the oven.
How does the outdoor electrical plug look like. We took our rv for repairs and I don't they gave us the right one back. In fact I said where is the plug and they said sorry and went to go get one, but I don't think ours. Please tell me..
Very cool layout! But, some sort of safety device is needed to save the rear cap in a bottom out situation. Not one cup holder in the living room. Bathroom is extremely small for such a large RV. Lastly, would it be possible to place a clothes dryer it that wall to wall closet? Combo washer/dryer, We’d pass on that, possibly put our bath towels in that space.
In the age of streaming many people have no extra equipment by the TV anymore. It is very simple to put an adapter that takes the 2 outlets and gives you six, or you can put in powerstrip with a dozen outlets if you need to.
It's too bad they didn't upgrade to an accessible outlet where the livingroom TV is. There's an outlet but it's nearly impossible to reach. Also, if you accidentally drop something behind the TV you need a grabber because there's no way you can get your arm back there.
I’m curious why you feel that way? It’s a secondary entrance mostly just to ensure you can get to the bathroom with the slides closed. And I know in all my camping experience, I have never had my stairs down while at a dump station to dump the tanks.
@@mylesrv it's an inconvenience, I've been full time for 4 years now started with a travel trailer now in a 429 raptor and if there's one thing I like is not having things in the way. You only talk about dump station have you not stayed in a place long enough that you have to dump?
