Great video! When you're leaving CR via SJO, what do you mean by "check in"? Is this separate than the flight check in?

Is it ok to stay in the airport between 10pm and 6am? Will they ask me to leave? My flight lands at 10pm and my next flight is the next morning at 6. I know it wont be comfortable but i dont see any sense in getting a hotel for just a couple of hours .
If you are on a ticketed flight that just has a layover, then you can stay in the airport.
Going out of Costa Rica you are wrong the people waiting on the floor is because they are trying to check in way to early and the staff from the airline have not opened yet for check in...
There are some auto check in booths but only for carry on luggage (no check in luggage)
There are two VIP lounges in San jose Airport

@JATravelAdventures the two lounges are on the second floor (you need to take the elevator) they have a great view and good selection of food and bevrages
