Party Special Fried Rice & Chicken Curry

ingredients -
Chicken Curry
----------------------
For Chicken Fry:-
Chicken - 1kg
Oil - 100ml
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Chicken masala - 1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2
Salt to taste
For Chicken Curry:-
Remaining oil of chicken fry
Onion - 4nos
Ginger+garlic+green chilly paste - 3tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chichen masala - 3 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Tomato - 3nos
Water for gravy
Fried chicken
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Cashew nuts paste ( 1handfull of cashewnuts & water)
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
For Fried Rice :-

Basmati Rice - 1kg
Whole spices - 1tbsp
Onions - 3slices
Lemon juice - 1no
Salt to taste
For Fried rice :-
Ghee - 1tbsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Fried Cashew & raisins - 2tbsp
Fried onions - 2nos
Carrot - 1big
Capsicum - 1no
Green piece & Corn - 1cup
Boiled basmati rice
Biriyani essence - 3drops + 3tbsp milk (optional )
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
