You plateau because your body has gotten use to whatever you're doing. You need to constantly 'shock' it by doing different things. If you have a trainer or something they should have known and told you that would happen.

To get this clear, I'm not despising roiders, in fact, it is your body and you'll look pretty pathetic without them on stage. But for naturals (which in my definition means no roids/hormones) it is fact that you need "Volume" (look that up) considering weights and >rest< to build muscle. Doing 100 reps Deadlift/Bicep Curls/A Routine you haven't done before - or anything you find shocking ;) - might give you a good amount of muscle ache but that's no guarantee for muscle growth. You have very clearly and patient explained the problem with what Fine Brothers suggested, it helped me clear one thing. 2.) You were only one from several youtuber who did not rage, call the F-Broes names and generally just flamed about the issue, instead you were very rational and for that I think you are a better than others. I hope people don't mind me doing a little bit of rambling here in the comments. So today I got diagnosed with depression and have been put on anti-depressants. I have been putting this off for almost 6 years but I'm glad I finally went. I hope I start to feel better soon. I have been trying to build a TH-cam channel over the last few months and anyone who has dealt with depression will know how difficult this can be. I will soldier on though. Boogie, I hope you keep doing this stuff. I know there are millions of people like me who use these videos as a sort of escape from our problems, we are sort of like a family I guess (not to be cliché!). Love ya Boogie!
+vDom Gaming Videos! This may be a random comment, but I feel I should reply. I've had depression/anxiety/OCD for many years and have been on many different medications. The message I want you to have is this: don't settle for medicine that doesn't work. Obviously you should talk to your doctor about these things, but I took different antidepressants over the course of a few years and none of them worked at all. Then finally we tried a fourth medicine two months ago and I've never felt better. Again, I apologize if this is somewhat random, but I know what it's like to take medication that doesn't help and it's frustrating. If your current medicine doesn't help after a month or so, go back to your doctor and talk about trying something else. For years I never thought I would get relief, and now that I have, I've been trying to tell everyone who's taking medication for the illness to keep trying until something works. Take care man
Gary B Thanks for your comment. I told my doctor that I was concerned with becoming dependant on a pill to not feel depressed. She told me that we are going to try a mix of anti-depressants and lifelink meetings. It made me feel a bit better about things so I am hopeful for once. Take care bud!
+Gary B Just to back Gary up on the medication part, it took me 4 different medications and 2 trips to the hospital (The ward) to find medications that didn't have side effects that didn't suck. Also don't rely to much on the drugs, they are there to help the healing process. You also have to work on your self and that is going to be the hardest part of your healing! Just always remember that the depression/anxiety/or what ever it is, it isn't you, just a small tiny, loud part of you. Good luck to you both and have an awesome day :) P.s. It will take time for the medications to kick in so to speak. For me it was about 2-4 weeks. The doctor will probably tell you all about it...
vDom Gaming Videos! I definitely understand that fear as I've had it as well. I think the best medicine for depression is a support group of some sort - whether that's therapy, loved ones, forums, etc. But it's good that medications do exist. Mainly what I mean as far as antidepressants is that the first three I tried had no effect on me at all (the third one actually made my anxiety worse!), but the fourth one was an actual noticeable difference thankfully. So don't lose hope if things don't start looking up soon because there are always more options. Good luck with your fight and never give up!

Dear Boggie, I have only just subscribed and yes it is because of your Fine brothers video. There were few reason for it. 1.) You have very clearly and patient explained the problem with what Fine Brothers suggested, it helped me clear one thing. 2.) You were only one from several youtuber who did not rage, call the F-Broes names and generally just flamed about the issue, instead you were very rational and for that I think you are a better than others. Thank you.

So today I got diagnosed with depression and have been put on anti-depressants. I have been putting this off for almost 6 years but I'm glad I finally went. I hope I start to feel better soon. I have been trying to build a TH-cam channel over the last few months and anyone who has dealt with depression will know how difficult this can be. I will soldier on though.
Boogie, I hope you keep doing this stuff. I know there are millions of people like me who use these videos as a sort of escape from our problems, we are sort of like a family I guess (not to be cliché!). Love ya Boogie!

+vDom Gaming Videos! This may be a random comment, but I feel I should reply. I've had depression/anxiety/OCD for many years and have been on many different medications. The message I want you to have is this: don't settle for medicine that doesn't work. Obviously you should talk to your doctor about these things, but I took different antidepressants over the course of a few years and none of them worked at all. Then finally we tried a fourth medicine two months ago and I've never felt better.
Again, I apologize if this is somewhat random, but I know what it's like to take medication that doesn't help and it's frustrating. If your current medicine doesn't help after a month or so, go back to your doctor and talk about trying something else. For years I never thought I would get relief, and now that I have, I've been trying to tell everyone who's taking medication for the illness to keep trying until something works. Take care man

I told my doctor that I was concerned with becoming dependant on a pill to not feel depressed. She told me that we are going to try a mix of anti-depressants and lifelink meetings. It made me feel a bit better about things so I am hopeful for once. Take care bud!
+Gary B Just to back Gary up on the medication part, it took me 4 different medications and 2 trips to the hospital (The ward) to find medications that didn't have side effects that didn't suck. Also don't rely to much on the drugs, they are there to help the healing process. You also have to work on your self and that is going to be the hardest part of your healing! Just always remember that the depression/anxiety/or what ever it is, it isn't you, just a small tiny, loud part of you. Good luck to you both and have an awesome day :)
P.s. It will take time for the medications to kick in so to speak. For me it was about 2-4 weeks. The doctor will probably tell you all about it...

I definitely understand that fear as I've had it as well. I think the best medicine for depression is a support group of some sort - whether that's therapy, loved ones, forums, etc. But it's good that medications do exist. Mainly what I mean as far as antidepressants is that the first three I tried had no effect on me at all (the third one actually made my anxiety worse!), but the fourth one was an actual noticeable difference thankfully. So don't lose hope if things don't start looking up soon because there are always more options. Good luck with your fight and never give up!

I believe it's also possible to whitelist specific channels on YT although I don't have the experience to know how.
