The gravy boat frozen moment is awesome! I think it looks like Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent non Thanksgiving fare. But stuffing for the vegetarians also makes sense! And the blue and white design on the china looks Danish. Very nice!
I dont own dolls but this is healing my childhood. Growing up poor I didn't have these things. Made my own dolls clothes. Used my imagination. Thank you for having this talent and sharing it with us.

I think the stuffing could easily be saved with a few flecks of yellow-brown and green, since typical stuffing/dressing has bits of different toned bread crumbs and bits of celery, green onion, ect. All one color like that is looks more like roast beef (or tofu with gravy), which still looks yummy, to be honest. The frozen moment is just perfection, though!
