What a project, this turned out awesome just like everything you make! Your nails look great at any length, but the shorter look brings back memories of when the channel was just starting out. I suggest make an opening back door to extend your area with a rain proof textil, and make some hidden equipments like under the beb witch can be used outside bending chairs... for your dolls not feeling too much in cage. Also could be just cuting the back Window to open it horizontaly. For the toilets it is comon to use dry toileten

As someone who does live in an Rv, the little places that you closed off should actually be storage. The bottom shelf of the bookshelf would be for shoes. The empty space underneath of the bed have a drop down door on the back side, which would technically be where the van doors would open for storage. Closed cabinets instead of shelves for dishwear when in transit. And if you find one or make a toaster oven vs a microwave a keurig or nesspresso machine and a double burner for cooking. Also a small throw blanket, mini fan, and mini heater or heated blanket.
