Sounds about right. I would do that if I was Batman. Maybe even borrow Green Lanterns ring and make some will-powered dinosaurs in Ohio but with cartoonish proportions.

The story of.the orphanage reminded of my teenage years living in group homes in foster care.... I know what it's like to be a forgotten child, when batman helps the children I cried but felt warm, now I want to help kids like I was get to adult hood. This is very inspiring and now my favorite batman story.
I agree with you. I remember when Benny narrated the orphanage story awhile ago. It's good to see the human side of the Batman once in awhile. It reminded me of the Spider-Man tale where the hero took a child diagnosed with cancer and spent the day with him.

I mean, I was listening to it as I worked and, I'm not usually particularly emotional, but that hit a real nerve with me. The same I had when I watched the animated series as a kid... I don't have the same experience, but I too found it incredibly inspiring.

I like to believe that Damien was just planning on looking in that detectives apartment for clues but sat down to read something, and being the aminal person he is, got trapped when the cat laid in his lap. The "surprise her by sitting in the dark' thing was improvised.

I must say i liked 'em all from a bit to pretty well as far the stories go. The artwork also was good in all, some even very good. Too bad that bowadays every time i see a dc comic that looks very good, i can't enjoy it without wondering how these ppl can green light the sometimes unbelievebly ugly books. U should really think such a major publisher could establish some standarts. Imagine, dc's books woold allways have artwork that is on the level of these shown here. Even their weaker stories would at least have something to aprecheate.
Like the batman spawn crossover of miller n mcfarlane. The story was bad but it still looked awesome as f n wouldn't have a total waste of money.
