Thank you for posting! Like a fine wine, if it’s even possible, he’s gotten even better with age. I’ve seen him so many times over the years, I’ve lost count (I’m old lol). His musicality and insurmountable talent has remained the same for all of these years. How fortunate are we who had him as the soundtrack to their lives during their formative years, and then later, when we became parents! Thank you Kenny, for giving us the gift of your music.
I was there the previous night, back row, in a wheelchair. Actually were great seats. I loved this whole night. Kenny Loggins has been my favorite for many years. We drove 9 hours to see this concert. It was worth it! Thanks for posting!
Thanks for sharing. It’s great that Kenny’s bringing out a full/larger band with keyboards and sax so he’s able to play fan favorites like Heart to Heart. There was a long stretch in recent years where he had a smaller band with no full time keyboardist and certain songs got skipped. When Kenny announced this tour I ran my mind back over the many times I’ve been lucky to see him in concert, counting them up.. I came up with 17 shows beginning with his first tour as a solo in 1978; on that one he played Winterland in San Francisco. I also saw Loggins & Messina 5 times in the 1970s and on each of their 2 reunion tours in the 2000s. I’m a fan :) My last time seeing KL was in 2013, the last time he played the Mtn Winery in Saratoga. He’s playing 2 nights there next month on this farewell tour and I hope to go. The tickets are currently sky high but I’ve noticed they sometimes get more reasonable on the day of the show if you’re able to ‘drop and go’ which I can pull off. 🤞
Awesome show and video. My wife and I saw Ambrosia many years ago and were absolutely blown away by the guy playing David Packs role in the band as lead singer he totally stole the show. His name is Rick Cowling .I'm glad to see he is now playing guitar and doing amazing on harmonies and vocals with Kenny on his live show. Only makes an already incredible show better.
Thank you VERY much for posting this-i have the best memories of Loggins&Messina album my sister Merci&I used to sing together-especially the "Pooh& Christoper Robin" song miss you sis-see you on the other side ♥
I was there as well with my wife, I feel he was “in voice” much better than this video. At the end of the concert we just sat and looked at each other and talked. Each of us had been to many concerts of other artists, and couldn’t believe what we had just witnessed. Amazing man, amazing band. Just a great show.
Fun fact: This is It was used by NBC for their final two years covering the NCAA Final Four men's college basketball tournament in 1980 and 1981. "For Dick Enberg, Billy Packer and Al McGuire I'm Bryant Gumbel saying thanks everyone for joining us, good night."

❤ OMG THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS! I will be witnessing his amazingness this Saturday in Clearwater Florida at Coachman Park BRAND NEW Amphitheater called THE SOUND !! I have waited all my life to see him LIVE! BTW, did he sing "NOW AND THEN" ? I didn't catch it in your vid. ❤❤❤
I think it's a tragic setlist. I have adored him and he had an incredible first solo album, platinum, and only the title cut was in this show. And of all the inCREDible L&M albums and songs, only Danny's Song. And his greatest solo song **I** think is Set It Free. Omitted. If I was doing the last show of my life, I'd end on Vahevala or Angry Eyes or a half a dozen others would work...
@@Bill_Woo I agree, but I saw him in the mid and late 80's and He used to play all of the songs from the "Kenny Loggins Alive" Album, I also met him twice and rode in his guitar's Limo to a night club in MIami, FL He is an AMAZING singer and songwriter and he is only playing his radio hits!
@@amyfrancesalexander296 That sounds awesome. But imagine Vahevela but with 5 false endings and higher crescendo every time. The right crowd would go insane, screamingly happy. But then again, the 2020s crowd might be more of the AM radio hit sedate variety :( Those of us who were affected on a near-religious level, whether by the Beatles or 70s groups, are dying off. I will note a recent exception I saw, Frampton makes every song and riff count for greatness, not commercial fluff. And there are others. So we're not sunk yet.
Must be me but this is terrible! sound ? C'mon Kenny leather pants really? and skinny jeans on the guitarist? All could be overlooked except the recording quality.
The less than stellar sound is because it was recorded with a phone. Phones these days can take amazing photos and videos but the tiny built in microphone(s) still leave a lot to be desired for concert audio. Kenny usually sounds great in person, pretty sure he did at this concert.

Can't wait to see him at Thunder Valley in October. Love Kenny ❤️
Great voice. Some can do one tour too many, but this is gold.

Kenny still has it!
For the First Time and Meet Me Halfway not included wow😢
Glad he sounded great and seemed happy. 🙂👍
The crowd could have been better. 😒
His last tour, and he couldn't even put Meet Me Halfway on his setlist.

@@Bill_WooI saw Frampton in Clearwater, FL on the 2nd of February and he Rocked!
@@amyfrancesalexander296 Sounds like you do too ;)
Where was I'm free?
How does he sound exactly the same.
What's the first song?
Keep the fire
Sorry Steve, but bad sound for one of my favourite singer and songwriter Kenny Loggins.
