@@a4r326 Hmm, then what would I say is get a good high bounce, go for it, and spin as fast as you possibly can, and close your eyes. You'll probably do a dub full, and then you can practice the awareness once you've already unlocked it 😁
I’m gonna go try this right now outside and I’ll edit and tell you how it goes later Edit: it’s working but I still suck at getting Haedt but it does work I just started doing back falls again today I had to relearn because I took a break over 2020 because I injured myself doing a backfill And the trampoline I started doing baffles on was a 12 foot now I’m doing backflips on a 14 foot due to wind destroying the 12 foot
The direction you travel in the air is dependent on the trajectory your body is at when your feet leave the ground, so you'd want to wait a little longer or lean your body less even if your arms are being thrown.
So the direction you travel in the air is fully dependent on your body positioning /which way you're leaned when your feet leave the ground. So if you start twisting left before you leave the ground, it is likely your body will be leaning back and to the right by the time you finish jumping. That's why people who twist left, tend to travel to the right when they first learn to twist in flips. So what you'd want to do is wait longer until your toes have left the ground, before you throw your body in any twisting direction. Other than that, just repetition and focusing on jumping straight up during the flip will tend to make you go sideways less over time! Hope this helps!
That's super common when first trying, 720s honestly feel a lot different than 540, and you have to make sure it's one complete double spin motion, rather than 360 pause 360 or 540 pause 180 and try not to spot at all, it shouldn't feel like a 360 or 540, it should feel like you're spinning way faster and just commit. But basically just focus on the spin as one single motion and have confidence in yourself, if you throw hard you'll probably land feet and hands!
You should try to be as straight as possible if you can, but I know multiple people who can standing dub full on grass who don't keep their legs straight 😂 so it's not 100% required.
This was very helpful and hopefully I’ll get my triple or quad this week
YESSS, you got this!!!🔥🔥
So you don’t have triple but you want to get quad I’m the same week??

I made concept tutorials like this about 10 years ago. Both flip faster and twist faster i cover in my concept tutorial "big to small"
Nice!! That sounds really helpful! Let’s go!!!🤩
Wishing you a speedy recovery
@@officialwarren876 thank you! 🥳 mostly better now!😤
And the thing you said about waiting till you get some height for a split second then flipping will help some of my on ground tricks too
That’s great!😁 glad to help!!
I have so clean backfull and now im practising double full
Nice!!! You got it!!!🔥 Lmk if you need tips!
My problem is that i stop my spin too early

Welcome!!:)
Thx so much u saved me alit of time
Of course! Glad to help!🥳
This was super informative. I still won't be able to do any of these tricks though 🤸🏻😂
I will probably put a tutorial out relatively soonish on an advanced type of cartwheel. 😂 If you're wanting to try that at your own risk hahaha.
@@TheTechWanderer doing a cartwheel in itself is already too advanced for me 😂
😂😂😂
This helped me learn randi out thanks a lot

Why everytime I throw my arm side ways why do I go side

When you throw your arms to the side to spin how do you avoid moving sideways

@@TheTechWanderer Lol right ppl who can do it standing is insane that's so impossible.
Now that's all fine and dandy but how does one twist slower?? 🤔 I messed up the order and started with dubs (on tramp) and now I can't do singles 😂
Oh, that's right! 😂 I guess just try to be lazy like Wyatte and you'll land standing full flat. Or spot the whole time? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Same I always overrotate them I can only do a single full in a full in now 😢
@@oscarb8645 🥺 practice in a foam pit and just work on doing them slow and controlled might help!
Steven Sullivan Ye thanks I will when I have access to one again everything still shut here in aus
@@oscarb8645 sad face. 🥺 You got it tho!
Is it different on the ground with round off
Mostly the same, just make sure you block well with the roundoff and set at the beginning of the flip so you get max height
So i can return
Mm
This was very informational but I still can’t get past a half twist
