I do t have any space but my bed so that’s where I flip, I can only front flip and kinda backflip! I also use my friends tramp

I used to practice alot i fail alot. and also hurt my leg finger and shoulder because no soft place and sometimes i just want to give up 😢😢but i inspired myself that one day i will become better because practice makes a man perfect🎉🎉🎉🎉
That looked very similar to how I started, a lot of the same flips, no mats, grass, trees, trampolines, diving boards, and trucks, to flip off . 16 years later and I teach boys gymnastics/ parkour classes.
Wouldn't have it any other way! But that's so dope bro, would be fun to be a coach

tips for someone who is starting out and wants to progress as fast as possible?
My tip is to not progress as fast as possible 😂 Enjoy the journey and take time on the basics, everything is easier to learn if you take time on the basics
